Can’t complain at all about the Location, or that of the staff in every department were excellent and more than willing to help. However, i’m a wheelchair user and travel a lot on my own. The first thing i noticed was that i couldn’t get into the hotel from the main entrance, i was told to go to the side of the building and i would find a ramp and a door to get in. It didn’t feel like i was being treated exactly the same as able bodied people, and with the one door bolted shut it was still difficult to get through. The doors were not easy to get through the hotel at all. There aren’t any accessible rooms with a nice view , and the accessible rooms were at the back of the hotel. There is only two rooms suitable for disabled people. No other room was available for me, and as i had paid extra for a sea view, and no accessible room with a sea view i had no choice but to take a room that isn’t accessible. My room itself was a good size and plenty of space for my wheelchair. The shower was over the bathtub, so i just had to do my best to wash.The hotel itself has a very grand feel about it, but it does need to be given a make over as far as furnishings and colours go. Also a better option would be appreciated for access for disabled guests to enter and leave the hotel.

Was a nice place but the staff could do with some training at the main desk, not everyone had stayed there before so it would be nice to be told where the lift to the room was and where the dining hall and entertainment rooms where too. The dining hall is on the 1st floor by the way. 😃

Weather was cold but room was warm .Left alone to *** and go as i need not having to greet owner every morning and afternoon . Great location on seafront, easy parking £5 until midday next day. Good buffet breakfast with vegetarian options in a dining room with sea view. Rooms are noisy, very thin walls and you can hear every word of people walking past in the corridor so take earplugs. Would stay again though, the staff are all very good and the place is nice and clean.

My daughter and I stayed here overnight while she was attending a dance competition. The hotel was lovely. We were greeted with a smile by the owner, who was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. We had a spacious, sea view room. It was clean, large enough to sleep 5. The bed was very comfortable. We had plenty of hot drink supplies. The toiletries provided were fantastic. Very happy with the price and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you Vinnie's, it's been great.

We were dissappointed in the car parking situation. It wasn't exactly made clear that you need to drive into where it was marked exit and press for them to lift the barrier. Then unfortunately there was no room so had to call into reception to find out where we could park it was a bit stressful and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very secure as you need to press for access to the entrance. Once up to reception on the first floor we were welcomed and allocated a room. The room was very tired with marked and scratched walls and ceiling. The bathroom had all the ususl facilities but a great big crack was in the tiles on the floor about two and half feet long. The shower head was dirty and the bottom of the main door was peeling away. The bed was two single mattresses put together which were obviously well used and meant there was a bump in between which wasnt very comfy. The bar was expensive for drinks and the staff seemed to multitask serving and cleaning tables etc. Some of the same staff were at breakfast and it just felt a bit overall short staffed. The breakfast itself was adequate but basic. We did notify reception on checking out of our findings as we are not usually ones to complain but the issues do make a difference and some just general maintenance.

For the last minute booking was perfect. Clean,all you need in the bathroom, cofee,tea in the room. Excellent breakfast, we have been asked if we want more but it was enough for 1 person. We went on a short break, staff were great. The room itself was fine though there was a broken light switch which we reported to reception. This was still to be changed when we left on the Monday(reported Saturday am). Bar prices were typical for a hotel and entertainment finished at 9pm on the Saturday as the singer was going to another hotel. That said we would go back again.

The rooms are very clean and tidy. The kitchen provides basic kitchenware. There is a stove, microwave and induction cooker. Going out is the tram stop, very convenient. I booked a 3-person accommodation, but only provided towels and bedding for two people, which was disappointing. The only concern at that time was the deposit problem. I don't know when to return it. Fortunately, after a few hours of check-out, the deposit has been returned.
