Lucena Hotel

Weather was cold but room was warm .Left alone to *** and go as i need not having to greet owner every morning and afternoon . Self service kitchenet was a great idea with coffee machine toasters and microweavy ,thanks Nigela.all in all enjoyed my stay and will stay again if a single room is available.🤠😎

Hosts went above and beyond to cater for our large family party of 11. Rooms were clean and excellent value for money. Can’t really find fault. Buffet breakfast was as good as I’ve had in major hotels. One street back from seafront meant easy access to the Golden Mile. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay with a family in Blackpool for an amazing price.

Great hotel Great location Room was lovely and large Breakfast very nice and fresh and good ingredients. Parked at Blackpool rovers fc at 16 pounds for 24 hrs - probably could have got space on road but busy as BH weekend. Ate at village pizzeria- best kebab ever .

Carlton is a lovely man. Very friendly & welcoming. Explains everything that needs to be and then let's you carry on with your break but if you ever need him, he's there. Really comfy pillows! Bed too. Clean an comfy, just what you need.

Was a basic room but Carlton, the host was very welcoming. The bedding was clean as was the room. Only real criticism was no hooks for coats, clothing etc

We knew it would be a basic room. And only paid £33 for one night. Room was clean carpets could do with a deep clean. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Excellent service from carl to great host nothing was to much trouble rooms were of a good standard and all needs met lovely lounge and dining area also bar for drinks and pool for kids we came to view lights and somewhere to get our heads down and the hotel added to the pleasure we got from our trip

I agree with some of the previous comments about the rooms being dated but overall a great hotel. Carlton is very warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble, very friendly. We stayed with our 2 grandchildren who were aged 1&2 and the area downstairs was clean,warm and had toys available to keep them occupied. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice available. Will definitely stay again and look forward to seeing the redecoration as it goes along

Great owner very good breakfast very helpful with parking bar prices are great room was ok dated we did have a chat with the owner and he only got the hotel recently and said it’s work in progress would I stay again yes I would for the money I paid was a bargain overall had a great 2 night stay so thanks for that hope you do well for the future
