The location is a bit far from the station, but the room is clean and soundproofed. Because it is a shared bathroom, it is a bit troublesome to go up and down. The landlord said that there was a hair dryer, but I didn't find it. The refrigerator was shared, so our milk was stolen, but overall, the living heart was good.

I will never stay there again , never stay any where with no reception. I turned up and there was nobody there to open the door. I knocked and after a while another guest let me in. I called the manager who took ages to answer the phone and did not believe me, she eventually accepted and refused to let me have a door pass I thought I will sleep in the kitchen, but after a while she sent me an email asking me to send in a passport photo as ID and finally I got the door pass. I will stay in a hotel next time this guest house is a waste of time.

When I booked, I saw the route closest to the school, but the airport bus went down and we carried the luggage for more than half an hour. If there is no baggage for about 15-20 minutes, the bus can take several stops. Pure English breakfast, breaded omelette bacon ham and potatoes, as well as some side dishes and small West Point, fruit milk cereal tea bags and so on are simple and clean, in short to meet the demand. Parking is available at the hotel entrance. There is no elevator in the three-storey building. Narrow stairs, on the day of check-in, a waiter at the front desk was very nice, helped us carry the luggage upstairs, because I came to study so I brought a lot of luggage. On the day of check-out, only one waiter was busy at the front desk, so our mother and daughter It’s really a shame for the two to move down from the third floor. It is suitable for children with a quiet night and the rooms are air conditioned.

Recommend those taking cruise at Southampton port to stay 2 days, those forget to bring enough clothing don’t worry, Decathlon and others shop is also around the corner next to IKEA. The check in was fast and flawless. The room wasn't ready so reception offered to keep our bags safely while we wondered around the hotel waiting till it was ready. The location was perfect next to a large mall. The room was made up again on the second day of our stay. A welcome cocktail was a nice touch. The room looks at the yacht port. It is recommended to open a room that can see the Atlantic side. The scenery is good. You have to tell the front desk. In the early morning, there was a motorcycle blasting street, the bar downstairs was noisy, and I was prepared. Breakfast was on the sixth floor. You can see a good view. The small town of Southampton is not seen. It is not recommended to stay in this city. It is recommended to live in Portsmouth next door.

Overall I thought this Hotel for having ‘budget’ in its name was very good, I still think that £182 was pretty expensive for what was on offer compared to the big brands like Travelodge/Premier Inn. This Hotel was in a very convent location in Southampton and is within short walking distance from Southampton Cebtrak Train Station, Southampton Coach Station and Southampton Cruise Terminal. There’s even a McDonald’s right outside the building, The lobby was clean and tidy and check in speed was fast, first problem is that the Key cards kept randomly l stop working almost every time I went in and out of the hotel, asked what the problem could be and was told that the cards de magnetise if near a mobile device, I found this irritating, the room was a decent size with comfortable bed, Shower is in the bedroom and the toilet was in its own little closet, dident bother me as a solo traveller, the shower was slightly frustrating as the temperature consistently kept changing from hot to cold and the handle was that big it was easy to knock the handle and turn if the shower without intentionally doing so, Imtge rooms have no kettle and no plug sockets near the bed only two plugs by the desk, I like the option to have 24/7 access to food and drink at recipe if you need it there’s a menu/leaflet in the rooms, unfortunately the breakfast for a continental breakfast was very poor, very little selection on offer and the 2nd morning had considerably less with very little to eat, for the price that was very disappointing, apart from that its convent on location and gets the job done

This hotel is basically only British, the weekend leisure place, the place where the locals gather, it gives me a very good feeling, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, came to a quiet, self-driving friends can choose here. We went to the Pigeon Peggy Paradise the next day and chose it because there was no amazing location for Southampton accommodation. The parking lot is large and free. There are almost all the towns where you can drive for a few minutes. I also saw Chinese restaurants and Chinese chefs. The house is very big. The family of three is absolutely no problem. It’s very good early, that is, there are a lot of people, and there are queues.
