Excellent location! Breakfast was really good lots to choose from! Loft room was really spacious! Very clean and quiet! We would book this hotel if we came back!!

Excellent location walkable to several attractions, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants, luxurious stay at reasonable price when booked early. Complimentary drinks and snacks at lobby throughout the day.

The location is fantastic, and the place feels very luxurious. We stayed on the 4th floor, and it got a bit warm during the day. I imagine it would be absolutely charming and wonderful to visit in the winter. I'd definitely return if the price remains consistent.

Hotel has deteriorated in last few years , broken hot water heater, bad service , old furniture

Everything was good but the breakfast menu should be changed slightly everyday. We stayed there for 4 nights and the breakfast menu was the same

Why did you send me to a hotel that doesn't have parking?

The third stop of this Eastern Europe trip, I stayed in Prague for two nights. The first night was in a four-star hotel route, which was very nice, with a window facing a corner of the church. This was the second night, and it was still a five-star hotel. The entrance was very small, and the service was not very enthusiastic. There was a minibar in the room, but I didn't find the so-called free coffee and tea bags, so I didn't use it and only drank water. This is the first time I have encountered this since the trip.
