Great atmosphere and spacious rooms, but the carpet made it feel a bit dusty. The amenities were complete, the price was reasonable, and there was a wide variety of breakfast options.

I used to stay here many years ago when I was a child. Coming back again, it still feels okay; the room is as clean as ever, with the same style. However, now that I'm older, the bathroom without a handheld showerhead and only a bathtub feels dangerous and slippery for seniors.

Yes, being a foreigner we were totally ignored by the staff at the front counter for over 10 minutes while they were having a general conversation between each other. I was very surprised with this attitude.

The atmosphere was great, quiet, and not crowded. It's very convenient, being close to Lotus's mall. The room was spacious with a beautiful city view and felt airy. The only minor downside was that the bathroom was a bit dim. Overall, it was very good!
