It is very close to all the theme parks. The hotel environment is very good. The hotel provides free tickets to Warner Park. I went in at 10 am when it opened. There was almost no queue for the project. It gradually became crowded at noon.

Very satisfactory stay experience. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. Since the room was not ready after 4 pm, they gave us free breakfast. The breakfast was on the second floor of the Warner Bros. Hotel next door. The food was rich and it turned out to be the best breakfast of this 8-day trip.
The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Warner Bros. Park; if you want to go to Ferrari Park, the most convenient way is taxi (don't take Yas Island Shuttle Bus, the schedule is unreliable)

W Hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Abu Dhabi and the architecture of it is stunning, the food options and drinks are great as well, the rooms are big as well.
The only downside of the stay was that the hotel is next to a race track and the noise is too much 😅

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel, exploring Yas island theme parks with my family, the hotel was under renovation, I booked a room with marine drive view, but I don't think this hotel has this category as per location of the hotel, they upgraded me to sea and pool view, rooms are okay and bathroom was not so comfortable, u get hot water even when we turn for cold water, anyway that is all manageable, breakfast was good, pool was amazing, please take a note that they allow only swimsuit in the pool, not swimsuit material dress, all good and recommend.

In November, Dubai and Abu Dhabi all increased their prices. In fact, you don't need to book a hotel with tickets. Excluding the tickets, the prices are about the same. This shuttle bus is just 50 meters from the door. You don't have to cross the road. It's very convenient. Warner Bros. Park is fun.

Amazing stay! We loved everything about the hotel: location (10 minute ride from the airport and to the Yas parks), wonderful pool area and private beach, clean rooms, attentive stuff, delicious food in the restaurant and at breakfast. At the check in we were offered a free upgrade to the room with sea view and it was wonderful to sit on the balcony end enjoy beautiful sunsets. I definitely will return to this hotel in my next Abu Dhabi trip.

Overall the experience is good. It could have been best if they have prepared ahead of time for the buffet breakfast. It is very chaotic as they were not prepared that a lot of people will come. They could have anticipated based on the number of pax booked during those dates. As for the rooms, I liked it. Clean, you can even cook inside. We booked a once bedroom suite with city view.k

The hotel facilities are relatively old, and there is no special children's play area. This is not a big problem, the biggest problem is discrimination against Chinese people! ! !
1. The first thing: When having breakfast on the first day, my daughter saw that there was a swimming pool outside, and there were people sitting outside the restaurant, so she also wanted to sit outside the restaurant. Then we chose a table slightly closer to the pool. We first asked if we could sit outside, and a Middle Eastern waiter said yes, and took the initiative to help us wipe the table. Then we went to pick up the food. After picking up the food, another waiter (blindly guessed that he was Indian) came over and said that we couldn't sit here, this was the area responsible for the swimming pool, and we needed to sit back in the restaurant area. We said okay, abide by the restaurant rules, and sat back immediately. [Let me explain here. The restaurant has two rows of tables outside and two rows of tables at the swimming pool. The table we chose was the third row from the outdoor tables of the restaurant, that is, the area next to the restaurant]
While we were eating, no one asked us what coffee we wanted [generally, people abroad will ask you what you want to drink]. At this time, four foreigners came and sat at the same table in the same row as the table in the swimming pool area that we had selected before. Then the waiter who told us that we could not sit at this table was attentive to serve them tea and water, wipe the table, and took the initiative to help the four foreigners choose dishes from the self-service selection area to their table, one trip after another.
Because we have driven to more than 10 countries by ourselves, we know that this is obvious discrimination, so we were very angry, especially my husband.
My husband called the waiter over and asked why we could not sit there, but others could. The waiter said the same old thing: That is the swimming pool area, we can't sit there. We said we can not sit there, no problem, but why can others, please explain, he couldn't say why, so we went to find his manager.
The manager also couldn’t say anything, except: (1) kept apologizing to us and (2) told us that we could sit wherever we wanted. I said it wasn’t a question of where to sit, we could sit anywhere, but we just needed an explanation as to why we weren’t treated equally. I said it was because we were from different countries, because we were Chinese, right? So discrimination? [This word is a very serious word in foreign countries]. He said no, and apologized, but in the end he didn’t give us an explanation.
The second thing: Every day a waiter would come to our table to ask for our room number, but he would not ask the white people sitting at the tables next to us.
The third point: The manager of the breakfast restaurant was dressed in a suit, which was different from the waiters. The manager only served white people attentively and never asked about us. I remember on the third day, I wanted to have a cup of coffee, but no one came to take care of me. I waited for a long time and had no choice but to go to the coffee machine to make a cup myself [in better restaurants abroad, you need to raise your hand]. At this time, the restaurant manager who had not appeared at our table for a long time appeared and was very unhappy. He said, ”Madam, just tell me if you need anything, please return to your seat.” I said that because no one cared about me, they all went to serve white people! ! !
Really, we had breakfast in this hotel for 4 days, and because the baby was small and ate slowly, we would spend an hour in the restaurant every day. The hotel manager really never cared about us and only served white people! ! ! [Not only did he not serve us, but he also did not serve other Chinese people] This was our observation and personal experience in the four mornings, so this hotel really discriminated against Chinese people very seriously. I gave him two hearts because after all, there were some patient and enthusiastic Middle Eastern waiters who were very good to my daughter.
I think it's amazing, because there are many Chinese staying in Shangri-La, Shangri-La should feel friendly to Chinese people, after all, it earns Chinese money! However, this hotel earns Chinese money to discriminate against us Chinese.
In addition, I want to say that in my many years of overseas experience, if you feel discriminated against, then he is really discriminating against you, you are not an illusion. When we encounter discrimination against Chinese people, we must speak out loudly, without making a fuss, and give a reasonable explanation! !

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at the hotel at 1 PM to store our luggage and returned at 6:30 PM to check in, only to be informed that a power outage had caused the computer system to malfunction. The front desk suggested we go out for dinner and come back in 15 minutes. However, when we returned at 7:30 PM, the system was still down, and we were assigned a room on the second floor. This room faced the street, so it was quite noisy, and there was an unpleasant odor on the second floor. According to my Trip App, the room I had booked should have been on floors 4 to 9. Additionally, the key card didn’t work, so we went downstairs to discuss changing rooms with the front desk. They explained that the computer system was still being restored but quickly arranged for us to move to a room on the 18th floor. The new room had no odor, was more spacious and brighter, and the bathroom was also clean and odor-free, significantly improving our comfort.
However, we were still waiting for the room to be finalized until around 8 PM. At about 8:30 PM, a front desk staff member knocked on our door to return our two passports, emphasizing that they had been kept very safe and that we had no need to worry.
Although we encountered an unexpected situation like the power outage, the hotel staff were very friendly and handled the issue quickly, making the overall service experience quite satisfactory.
As for the hotel breakfast, the price displayed on the mobile app was 55 AED, but the actual cost was 75 AED per person. The restaurant manager initially told me the price was 69 AED, but when it came time to pay, it was changed to 75 AED. I hope the hotel can clearly display the prices in the lobby or at the entrance of the restaurant to avoid any inconvenience or dissatisfaction caused by language barriers, such as using Arabic. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited and the quality was average. I hope the hotel can improve the variety and quality of the breakfast to provide a better dining experience for guests.

MMaxim KeynoAugust is not the best month to visit the Emirates. +39°C outside, which feels like +49°C, does not allow you to enjoy long walks in the open air. My long stopover in Abu Dhabi was forced to be associated with a fairly long stay in the hotel room during daylight and overall, I can give the hotel a very high rating. The room was quite quiet, clean and cool (I had to turn off the air conditioning almost completely, but the room remained cool enough due to the fact that all the buildings in Abu Dhabi are ”frozen” by the air conditioning from the inside).
The hotel has an excellent breakfast: delicious and quite varied. If you stay longer than two weeks, you may get a little bored with it, but if you stay for a few days, you will be satisfied. The hotel is located quite well in terms of transport accessibility, but far enough from the center to afford a walk in such heat - so for trips to other areas of the city and the mall, I used a taxi (taxis are convenient, clean, safe and quite inexpensive - Russians can use Yandex.Taxi!).
When checking in early morning, the administration met me halfway and for a small surcharge checked me into the room at 8 am - I even made it to breakfast, which was very useful after a long flight, since I avoid eating on board the plane.
In general - if you are planning a short stay in Abu Dhabi - you can Feel free to book this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

В комнате было достаточно тихо, чисто и прохладно (мне пришлось практически полностью выключить кондиционер, но в комнате оставалось достаточно прохладно из-за того, что все здания в Абу-Даби ”заморожены” кондиционерами изнутри.
В отеле отличный завтрак: вкусный и вполне разнообразный. Если оставаться дольше двух недель, то он може и немного надоесть, но если вы останавливаетесь на несколько дней - вы останетесь довольны. Гостиница расположена достаточно удачно с точки зрения транспортной доступности, но достаточно далеко от центра, чтобы в такую жару позволить себе пешую прогулку - поэтому для поездок в другие районы города и молл я использовал такси (такси удобны, чисты, безопасны и вполне недороги - россияне могут заказать даже Яндекс.Такси!).
При раннем заселении администрация пошла мне навстречу и за небольшую доплату заселила меня в номер в 8 утра - я даже успел на завтрак, что было очень кстати после долгого перелета, так как я избегаю приёма пищи на борту самолёта.
В целом - если вы планируете недлительную остановку в Абу-Даби - можете смело бронировать эту гостиницу. Вы не будете разочарованы.

PpolllyyyFabulous! This is a great room. very spacious and clean, with beautiful views from the window and a very large comfortable bed. I booked a room a few hours before check-in, even though I was very warmly welcomed and quickly checked in. the service is excellent. I definitely recommend it
