This is the first time I give a one-star negative review to a hotel. The price/performance ratio is super low. It’s a scam. Ctrip paid 12,000 gross for two nights. Check-in on the first night was already at 10 p.m. When I entered the room, I was shocked. This cost 5,000+ per night. The room rate is the same as staying in an express hotel. The facilities are old and the room is small. Only one person can enter and exit the bathroom, and one more person cannot turn around. The shower is on a small bathtub with no curtain, and the entire bathroom is wet after taking a shower. The bunk bunk is a sofa bed. Not only is it small, but the bottom bunk is also low. The children will bump their heads. Because the sofa is used to prop up the bottom bunk, there will be a big gap against the wall. Then use a few pillows to stuff it. There is no quilt in the top or bottom bunk. There were two sets of pillows and room art supplies, and the rest had to be picked up by room service, which was very slow. As soon as I entered the room, I contacted Ctrip to change rooms. On the same day, Ctrip offered a two-bedroom, 180-square-meter joint room (shown in the booking information) for only 13,000. I said that I was willing to pay the difference and they would change my room immediately. As a result, it was almost 12. after the communication for a long time. I was told that I have to pay more than 4,000, which is really unacceptable. The price difference listed online is less than 2,000. The most annoying thing is that the so-called artist room type does not show the room size in square meters. I didn't pay attention when I booked it. After all, I don’t go to the United Arab Emirates once or twice, and I am very relieved that there are more than 3,000 hotels there. But... Later, the elders and children were tired from running around all day and lay down. I thought about continuing the communication the next day. The next day, the family connecting room was not available. The front desk spoke in Chinese for a while and said that they would change my room and let me see the room type first. He told me the difference in price. Go for the best deal and get the single double room next door. The room and bathroom are larger than this artist's house. But there was only one bed, and he said that I could add an extra bed. He tried his best to apply for the maximum discount, and the fee for one night was +2,000, but I didn't ask for it. Breakfast is also very poor, too many people and little variety of food. Dear friends who are planning to book this hotel, be sure to read it carefully. In the end, Ctrip paid 300 yuan and the matter was over! With so many reviews, I really hope everyone will pay attention. Do not book if you do not indicate the square footage of the room when booking. If you are a dumb person, eating Coptis chinensis will also affect your mood during travel.
