I nice clean and modern hotel in a new upmarket part of agadir. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again

Checking in Relatively straight forward. However, we were only here 30 minutes when one of the reception staff graciously said that they would give us an hour to freshen up before he would call his friend to tell us about trips. Ummm no thanks Location Not brilliant, there are restaurants close by but no alcohol served. There is an off license close by called Victoria but if you enjoy a glass with your dinner, and some ambience you need to head to the seafront. Rooms Main living area and beds are good. Kitchen facilities poor and bathroom not good. Facilities Despite what you read, there are none.... No shops, no bar no anything. it took 2 days to get a hairdryer which I believe was shared amongst the whole hotel ( cleaner kept removing it from my room to give to someone else) - if you manage to get this precious commodity - hide it in your wardrobe. General warning..... Across Agadir - do not trust anyone, most people have been scammed. Offer 20 dirham for any taxi ride and have it in your hand. Do not fall for a visit to argon oil trip - the ladies are not just there once a year ( every day). Pool Nice pool, cold. No ambience as no music/ bar/ coffee etc Conclusion It's tricky to write as it was a very cheap hotel. However, do your own research many of the all inclusive holidays fare at a similar price when you consider meals, drinks, taxi' s Staff Appear willing but are ineffective.

Stayed here March 2008, a good value base if your going to Agadir, don't expect too much for the breakfasts in the hotel but the rooms have a kitchenette. If you want an English breakfast there is an English pub a short taxi ride away or a hypermarket a short taxi ride the other way. be aware of the taxis they have every trick you can think of to over charge you, 20 to 50 Dirahms should get you anywhere in town but make sure they put the meter on and you have seen them reset it (we got in one taxi with the meter alreadyreading 25D). The hotel entertainment is basic but the staff can't do enough for you. The area around the hotel is a building site but you don't notice any of the work being done

Just got back from agadir stayed at the intourist hotel we had no problems with the hotel staff were great and hotel was clean and tidy loverly kitchen with utensils nice and clean, maid service every morning clean towels every day, the pool was clean and just as we expected i couldnt fault the hotel at all , there a shop in the lobby where you can buy essentials, and marjane (massive supermarket) is only 5 min drive away, i would reccomend hireing a car for your stay as the hotel is a bit away from the main resort area and would take 15 walk to the beach. I would stay at this hotel if i went again

One sentence says all: I stayed for two weeks in April and I have booked to stay for the whole of September.....staff, location (did I mention staff?)...thoroughly enjoyed my holiday as a single woman and met couples and families who felt the same way. Bravo!

Tarifs exorbitants,. C’est vraiment dommage pour le tourisme marocain, car cela risque de décourager beaucoup de voyageurs. Avec des destinations comme la Turquie et la Grèce qui offrent des prix beaucoup plus compétitifs, et qui ne gonflent pas les tarifs

Very comfortable and friendly but would be hugely improved with just a small bar where you could get a coffee. I paid £17 a night and it was worth that. I see some ridiculous prices being advertised. Bank machine and supermarket only 50m away and not far from beach. Poor Wi-Fi

We've got a lovely, spacious room for our family, nice surprise! Lovely clean hotel - a bit quiet when we stayed (maybe because of Ramadan). The receptionist Latifa was lovely, with a bright smile and the chef was extremely helpful, helping is find supermarkets during Ramadan for breakfast. A male receptionist (should have asked his name) was also very helpful with asking for a Taxi and other advice. The room was extremely accommodating with comfortable beds and decent kitchen facilities. However the fridge and microwave were a bit weak. We enjoyed the stay very much!
