Renovated villa in the Charaf district, the residential district of Agadir. Very calm. Garden, and terrace for meals or sunbathing. On the first floor: 1 master suite with a 180 cm bed, large cupboards, and a television (French TNT channels). 1 bedroom for 2 adults. 1 children's bedroom with 2 beds and 2 additional mattresses. 1 bathroom with shower and WC. Sheets and towels provided. On the ground floor: 1 living room with television, 1 work area with stylish table and chairs, a large dining room for 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, couscous maker, cutlery, dishes, pans etc. A patio with washing machine and dishwasher. A toilet with shower. Fiber Internet. DVDs, CDs and books for children and adults. The owner is a Frenchman living in Agadir for 10 years who lives in the villa next door and who can provide you with any information or help during your stay. As the web site allows discounts only for 1 week or 1 month reservation, I will compensate upon your arrival with 1500 dirhams cash for a reservation between 2 and 3 weeks and 4000 dirhams for a reservation between 3 weeks and 1 month.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

The hotel is well located but is close to the road, which can sometimes cause noise.
The hotel accommodated my request for a savory breakfast. I paid a supplement upon checkout.
Note: there was a lack of hot water for showers the first two days.

Но сам номер убитый - запах канализации, плохо работает кнопка туалета. Бронировала на одну ночь и всю ночь был постоянный шум со всех сторон, просто невозможно спать.
Завтрак состоит из варегого яйца, хлеба, круассана, булочки с шоколадом и булочки с изюмом. А также подали маслины, амлу (вроде так называется), масло, сыр, конфитюр, оливковое масло. Ну и отдельно кофе и молоко. В целом, вкусно, но, как обычно, много теста

The Hotel was not bad at all, the service was very good, unfortunately you hear music until 4:30 in the morning which is a little annoying. The rooms are outdated.

I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion.
Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately

Hotel location is good, close to Agadir beach, facilities are perfect, the pool is very good, the price is not good for dinner, it is not recommended. The hotel's service attitude is superb, and welcomes a lot of drinks, desserts and guides. The lobby manager is especially good to like. A dead beach was painted on the beach, not bad. Because I only stayed for one night after catching a plane, Agadir is very beautiful as a European winter resort.

Perfect location , a 10 minute walk to the beach and bus terminal . The place is good though a bit old , however the price is very reasonable . Food is good but not the best . Staff is good and the place is clean . Pool area is beautiful . There is no kettle but a mini fridge in the room .
It’s a four star hotel in African standard , not on par with European’s .
For single traveler , if time allowed , take an airport bus right from outside the terminal arrival hall , it costs 50 dh one way and 80 dh return . Ask the driver and he will drop you off near the hotel .
I will like to choose this hotel again if I am in Agadir .

Returning to Agadir from Marrakech, this hotel was temporarily set up. Service: The hotel's service is very good, we checked in at two in the morning, the staff is still waiting for us on the side of the road. We were a little scared by the forced leading consumer culture in Marrakech, and we didn't dare to care about the staff at first.
Hygiene: I personally think that there is no problem with hygiene, but because the level of Agadir hotels is generally behind, it is not particularly good. Because the hotel decoration is relatively old, the bathroom does not look particularly new. The hotel is also very quiet and the sound insulation is very good.
Facilities: The decoration is very like a warm little home, I feel more comfortable than a beach hotel. However, the hot and cold water in the room 314 we stayed in was reversed. After a long time, the hot water did not come out. At 3 am, the staff called over. He helped me twist to the other side and smiled. By the way, this hotel has no beach and has a small running water indoors. If you are pursuing the beach, you can go to the ocean blub, the beach is relatively clean
