"We stayed for two nights, from January 1 to January 3, 2025. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially the hot lassi and delicious pancakes, which were a highlight of our mornings. A special thank you to the lovely Ms. Shilpa for her kindness and patience in teaching me how to wear a saree. Her guidance made the experience incredibly memorable, and I'll always treasure it. Her service was exceptional! **Cons:** During both nights of our stay, there were numerous events, which led to some noise. Overall, I still highly recommend this place for its excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a memorable stay in Agra!"

"My stay at ITC Mughal, Agra was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The beautiful Mughal-style architecture, gardens, and peaceful atmosphere added to the experience. The spa was relaxing, and the food, especially at Peshawri, was delicious. Plus, the hotel is close to the Taj Mahal, making it a great place to stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, highly recommended!"

"Had a pleasant stay with my friends at this propery. Location could not been better for a short stay to see main tourist spots of Agra - only 5 minute-drive from Taj Mahal entrance. Rooms are squeaky-clean, breakfast is very nice and staff is polite and helphul. We were able to book transfer back to Delhi two times cheaper than Uber and with no need of waiting for the driver. Will definitely recommend it to short-staying guests of the city."

"We stayed at Taj for two nights with our kids and we loved it. They welcomed us with full Indian traditions and check-in was seamless. It was awesome experience at every step from their front desk to house keeping. Food was great. Speacial thanks to their house keeping staff Omveer who put smile on my 6 year old son with his beautiful gesture by lining up his toy cars which my son absolutely loved. Will definitely stay at Taj again."

"Probably one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling. Hotel Taj Resorts in Agra truly exceeded my expectations! I usually go for budget hostels and hotels, but at this point in my trip I decided to book here. Surprisingly, it still fit within my budget, and I never thought I would receive such amazing treatment at this price. Highlights: I arrived early, and they kindly offered me an early check-in. The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away. All the staff, from reception to security and beyond, were very courteous. The breakfast selection was excellent."

"We chose this hotel as it was well placed to walk to Taj Mahal for sunrise (15 mins). There was a good spread at breakfast. They had a travel desk to organise drivers which was handy (we stopped by Akbars tomb on the way to Delhi). There was a pool and spa but we had no time to use it. There was a shop inside the hotel with good quality marble pieces and his prices were fair - check it out! Sheets had stains and duvet cover had holes - that could have been better."
