Agra Hotels with Pools

As usual, I received great service from Hilton the moment I stepped into the Lobby of DoubleTree, Agra. The Lobby manager was fantastic in helping my wife to take a glimpse of the evening Taj Mahal and helped me to procure some urgent equipment. At the restaurant, North 27, the service I received was sincere and very hospitable. The staffs were very helpful in explaining the Indian  food and how to enjoy them fully. Lily and Biaki were both fantastic and loving and found myself amazed they were still trainees. You can hardly fault them and they were just like little bees flying around us to serve us and make our dining experience excellent. Have to give it to the restaurant management, they are doing a great job! 🐜 a

Staying at ITC Mughal Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. The ambiance of the hotel exudes luxury and elegance, with every detail thoughtfully curated to reflect the rich Mughal heritage. The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities, ensuring a comfortable and indulgent stay. The dining experience surpassed all expectations, with a diverse array of delectable cuisines that tantalized my taste buds. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need, providing personalized service with a genuine smile. The hotel's lush gardens and stunning architecture provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and exploration. Without a doubt, ITC Mughal Hotel has set the standard for luxury accommodations, earning my enthusiastic five-star rating.

Overall experience was average. Food was ok, the upkeep of hotel interiors, lobby areas was not up to the mark. Looks like old property requiring renovation & regular cleaning.

This was by far the best hotel I've found in India, especially for the price – I was absolutely thrilled! It felt like a palace. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were wonderful and spoke English. There's a rooftop pool where I even managed to sunbathe. There's also a restaurant up there; the food seemed good, though I only ate once. The location is superb; it's about a 15-minute walk to the Taj Mahal ***** a pleasant, clean road. There are many beautiful hotels and restaurants nearby, and the whole area is surprisingly clean and well-organized. The shower had great water pressure and hot water, plus nice creams, shampoos, etc. – showering was a real pleasure. The towels and bedding were clean. The breakfast was Indian, but you could find things like eggs, toast, and fruit. I was also able to exchange money at reception. This hotel was a perfect oasis for both my body and soul between travels. I wholeheartedly recommend it; you won't regret it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our vacation was unforgettable. There were a few minor downsides, but we didn't pay them any mind. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The pool was great and warm. I especially want to highlight the breakfast and dinner buffets – they were magnificent. We had a fantastic time at Marriott Arghe and will definitely be back!

The pool and rooms were spotless! My shirt button had come off, and when I asked if they could fix it, Amit and Samegena promptly repaired it for free. They were incredibly kind. If you're ever in Agra, you should definitely consider staying here. You can get a good room at a reasonable price. If you receive good service, consider buying some souvenirs from them. I think it took about 20 minutes to walk to the Taj Mahal.

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

Room was not clean and thus we had to ask them for cleaning the room. One thing was literally bad at the time of checkout we asked them to give a glass of water or one bottle at least. They didn’t served us. This is hospitality. It’s kinda average.
