Boracay Island Manoc - Manoc Hotels

The room is spacious, clean, and a bit old. However, we were placed in the most corner room, with no signal and no Wi-Fi. They should not use that room! We’ve been trying to call the front desk for hours to change rooms, but no one is responding. We also requested a chair so we could work, but still no action has been taken. The location is great tho.

The resort was very nice, big rooms, nice pools, also great service from the staffs. I got lost a few times finding my room, but overall I had a great stay. They have main rood and beach access at each end which is nice accessibility.

The land transfer was smooth, but unfortunately, the check-in time took longer than promised. One of the front desk staff mentioned our room would be available by 1 PM, but it wasn’t until 2:30 PM that we could check into one room. We then had to wait another 30 minutes before the other room was ready. Additionally, the second room had an unpleasant “kulob” smell, unlike the first room. It’s disappointing that the check-in was the only issue, as everything else was fine.

I have been to some 5 star hotel and here are some of cons that I found from this hotel which starts from when I asked at the front desk to have no MUR for the whole stay and just leave the toiletries at the front desk and I will just drop by to get it from there. While on a DND sign, the housekeeping knocked on my door bringing the amenities and toiletries which rushed me from washing my face to get the toiletries. The second one is the harsh drop of phone call from front desk. My ears hurts bad from the drop of telephone of front desk while I was to the end of my sentence. Please let the guest drop the call first. Although, smooth check-in and very well appreciated preparation for birthday celebrant. Got my room upgraded as I want a bathtub. Everything was great upon check-in. If you want good options for breakfast you need to eat early and also I don’t have that much of option since I have food allergies.

Our family booked three rooms, and we are very pleased with the overall service and facilities provided by your hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the facilities were well-maintained, and the location was perfect, especially for enjoying the beach. We especially loved the slippers provided, which were very convenient to use by the shore. We also want to commend the delicious breakfast offerings. Our family truly looked forward to it every morning, and it became one of the highlights of our stay. Most importantly, we want to recognize the excellent customer service we received from your team. All the staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. In particular, we would like to commend Mr. Ollie Atienza, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His warm assistance left a lasting impression on us. We are also thankful to your team for making our father’s birthday more special during our stay. It meant a lot to our family and added to the memorable experience we had at your hotel. Overall, everything about our stay was excellent, and we would be more than happy to return. We look forward to your future promotions so that we can plan another memorable visit with our family. Thank you once again for providing us with such a wonderful experience.

The hotel is good, the territory is well-kept, the staff is great and the cafe serves delicious food. The rooms need renovation (very loud air conditioner, furniture is not new, wardrobes are not comfortable). But the mattresses are comfortable. The white beach is three minutes' walk away.

Hotel has a very good location, room furniture is ok. Staff extremely kind. Breakfast was definitely disappointing, elevator has been out of service for the whole holiday, got waken up by the rooster of the nearby chicken yard at 6 am the first day. Second day repairman of the hotel stuff thought to use the hammer right outside my room at 7 am. Not good not terrible, I'll book again

We stayed at the hotel from September 2nd to 8th, 2025. We really liked the hotel; it's located right on the beachfront. Breakfasts are à la carte, but there's a good variety to choose from. Housekeeping is available upon request, and they'll clean your room every day if you ask. Its location at Station 2 is arguably the heart of all activity on Boracay. Within walking distance, you'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and D'Mall for shopping. The staff are courteous and always ready to help and offer advice. I definitely recommend it!!!

Its very convenient, location is very near in front of the beach, restaurants and 7eleven are all nearby. The breakfast buffet are sumptuous and the menu everyday are different. The staff are very attentive to our needs and most importantly the pool is very clean.
