I was sick, they not refund my money even when I explain to him

The receptionists are really kind and helpful. It was a great experience.

The hotel is quite new, the rooms are very big and the room facilities are also very complete!

We celebrate our Eid Luncheon gatherings here in this hotel. The Hotel staff are accomodating, friendly & approachable. The lunch buffet was nice but hope next time they will have a nutella fountain for dipping the fruits. They also have the machine for different kinds of coffee. The only problem that we encounter is the parking area. Its really hard to park because it was so narrow and few parking space. By the way, it is also convenient for those mall lovers because its near in Flamingo Mall and Alrashid Mall.

Great stay! Front office gentlemen was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay! They were very kind and attentive to my requests. It was a great experience, and wi be staying at this hotel next time I come to AlKhobar . Close to the city centre and all the main business areas in the city

Excellent hospitality Mohammed at the entrance/reception has been so helpful and nice with big smile! Also Faisal have been amazing. Swising The guy who cleaned our room everyday was very hardworking and professional. Everyone from the hotel were so nice and kind, all of them made our stay so special. We would like to come back again! Thank you so much. (The bed was incredibly comfortable for me!)

restaurant food is very good. There Staff are very friendly and professional. From the valat parking and Concierge to the restaurant and and room cleanliness all was very helpful and professional for the hospitality . I want to thank everyone there. Had an amazing stay at Voco Hotel . The Lobby and room are amazing and the food and breakfast is top class. The pool facilities are one of the best in Saudi. The staff was so friendly especially MD Hassan . Defenitely, Recommend for your business trips to AlKhobar
