The swimming pool is spacious, so it's nice. The location isn't far from Walking Street, but it's a bit far from the entertainment alley, so it's quiet even at night. The staff are friendly.

住這裏簡直就是噩夢，帶着老婆和幾個朋友一起來泰國，我來了很多次主要這次朋友是第一次來，所以就定了這間芭堤雅皇宮酒店，看着評論不錯，就沒太在意差評，來到酒店後才知道今後一定要看差評，那才是最真實的，不但酒店大廳沒空調，開着兩個我國80年代用的大扇葉電扇，到了房間後，我老婆發現竟然有很多螞蟻🐜🐜🐜🐜順着門框在散步，我説怎麼這個酒店定了就不能退呢，要是能退一分鐘都不想待，希望攜程關注一下這家酒店

Stayed for five consecutive nights, in the busiest area, the house price is very affordable compared to the surrounding prices. The hotel should be quite old, but the room should have been renovated, and the air conditioner has been replaced with a new one. The overall price is very high. We live in 61*, you can see a bit of the sea on this side, not facing the sun, the room is very comfortable, I can see the sun on the 60* side, so it is convenient for drying clothes. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, and you can eat enough after all. There is also a large swimming pool. Our group is very satisfied with this price. There is a laundry shop right outside the gate, because our room is not dry in the sun, I always send it there for washing, and the compassionate shirt is 20🐷, it is very convenient, and I can pick it up on the same day when I send it at noon. Across from the shopping mall is the beach. There is a Starbucks in the mall. All in all pretty good.

The colour of water come out from the bathroom is brown. Then call the reception she call the staff come to our room only let the water out and open again. The service for recover the problem is not enough!
