Location of this hotel was great with many food options nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they had also many amenities like washing machine, dryer and even a gym. Breakfast at this hotel was great with a variety of dishes to choose from. The room was very clean, and they also provided us with a humidifier which was perfect for the dry weather.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was very rich, but when we caught up with the tour group, all kinds of meals were wiped out. The hotel did not respond well enough. It was slow to replenish the dishes, and there was only one person to clean up, so the efficiency can be imagined. The front desk and other service staff encountered were warm and friendly. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. This is the only hotel we have stayed in in southern Xinjiang that does not have a dryer.
