Très bel hotel . Bien situé à proximité de la plage , des restaurants , des magasins , de la station tram pour aller visiter la " vieille ville " d'Alicante . Le personnel de la réception est d'une extreme gentillesse , toujours disponible pour tout renseignement . Trés belle chambre ( supérieure de luxe au 7 ème étage ) , propre , calme , jolie terrasse vue mer . Les 2 seuls petits points negatis : *manque de rangements dans la salle de bain *salle du petit déjeuner trés bruyante ( l'hotel n'est pas responsable , c'est un manque de civilité de certains clients ) . Je ne peux que conseiller cet hotel et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir .

Cómodo, cerca de la playa. Quizás le faltaría algún salón para poder estar tranquilamente jugando unas cartas. Hotel calidad precio bien. No se puede pedir más. Volvería sin duda otro fin de semana. Cerca de los restaurantes y silencioso. Servicio de cafetería normallito, no son muy accesibles

Fuimos por San Valentin, los menu muy flojos, en la cena abrieron los dos comedores y al dia siguiente para el desayuno solo abrieron uno y se lio gorda mucha cola para entrar, no se guardabaxel turno, discusiones entre la gente y muchas hojas de reclamciones, el buffet muy pobre y no estuvo a la altura

Great location, good transport links, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The room has a balcony with a sea view.

Great hotel and staff. Very easy check in, they let us leave our bags in their secure room as well. We had a very early flight and they were more than accommodating to us coming early to check in. The room was not ready but we knew this would be the case as we were 4 hours early! But they were more than happy to help. Very clean and modern. Very close to the beach and easy to find your way around. Very close to tram stops, food outlets and supermarkets. We travelled in February and not much was open, so make sure you plan your food stops! Some restaurants were closed by 8pm. We got a taxi to and from the airport, ordered by reception for us on the way back. This cost 40€. You are able to get public transport back, however it didn’t match up with our early flight time. A little bit noisy Saturday night but nothing horrific. We just noticed it was noisier. I didn’t keep us up. Beds comfy. Yes there are only small basic toiletries and not much in the room but it was excellent value for money. Breakfast was ok, no hot food. Probably wouldn’t have it again but it was good, just not what we expected. A few improvement points needed, our bathroom door didn’t shut well. And our shower made the bathroom more like a wet room! It was perfect for our 3 night stay.

Very good hotel. Lovely staff, especially the bar staff. We had a deluxe room so we had a front room with large balcony and a sea view. A bit noisy on Saturday night but otherwise nice and quiet 3 mins walk to tram stop lines 4 and 5. 10 mins walk to tram stop line 3 which takes you towards Benidorm. 3 mins walk to the beach We spent an afternoon walking round the coast line from San Juan into the outskirts of Alicante. Really lovely walk and lots of secluded coves to sit in.

Worst hotel I have stayed in. The breakfast is served at 8am, which is very inconvenient, given all hotels usually serve breakfast from around 6-6.30am till 10am. I was there for business and had to miss breakfast as need to be in the office at 8am. Was not offered alternative even though I paid for breakfast. Hotel amenities are vary basic, everything looks old and outdated, curtains do not close.

The biggest advantage is that it is very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away. There are many bars and restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. The room is very good, the balcony is very big, and you can see the sea from the balcony! The only problem is that the bar next to it is a little noisy at night, but it doesn't matter to people who are not sensitive to noise.

We had a great time, friendly and helpful staff, room always clean and balcony with fantastic Piacina view, good Italian coffee and super abundant breakfasts, excellent quality food, we recommend it, heartfelt thanks to all the staff.

Have stayed here before as the hotel has a number of attractions - cleanliness, great staff, its location near the beach and regular bus service outside the door to city centre (30 mins) A new evening menu this time with quality fresh ingredients (lovely fish), thanks to the chef for the flavourful cooking.
