Hotels Near The central field of the Botanical Garden in Almaty

It's a great folk custom. I can't find the place. You can look at the pictures online on WeChat. It's clear at a glance. The boss is very nice, the room is clean and tidy, and it's very convenient to eat downstairs. It's worth recommending, 5 stars!

What a disappointing hotel. The service was awful throughout. Whatever the question the answer was always NO! Check in time was 2:00pm. I arrived at noon and asked for an early check in. NO! The room was ready but unless I paid $50 they would not allow early check in. (A different clerk did eventually check me in early) The restaurant closed at 7:00pm for dinner and there was no nearby option. I got take out and just asked for silverware and an empty glass. NO, you may not take to room. Eventually I procured a single fork (still no glass allowed in room. “People steal them”). 30 min later, a knock on the door asking for the fork back! Bar was horribly stocked. Red wine? NO. White Wine? NO. Just beer Breakfast opened at 7am. I arrived at 6:50 and just asked if I could have a coffee while i waited. NO. They ran out of juice, asked for more….wait for it…NO. Power was off several times, once for 2+ hours. Windows don’t open so it became very stuffy. Room was not cleaned one day. I asked just for fresh towels. I had to bring my used ones down to the front desk, where they counted them to be replaced. I guess their guests steal towels too! On checkout I asked politely if I could speak to the manager. “No manager here”. That kinda sums up the whole stay. Many, many better options here and this should never be part of IHG with the terrible service

The hotel is top for its price, the service is good, the rooms are not luxury but comfortable, furniture, shower, TV, air conditioning, excellent, the most important thing is if you are looking for a comfortable hotel at a price, this is the best one, the only thing is that the toilet is not located correctly, it is not comfortable to sit, but out of 10 points I would give it a solid 9 ✊

Hotel is really good, centrally located and opposite to dostyk mall. We have been there in the month of October on the 9th floor. Rooms was very good neat and clean with city & mountain 🏔️ view'. Confrance hall Swimming pool facility Spa facilities Secret club on the 9th floor They also have some smoking 🚬 rooms Over all this hotel is really good and value for money. Thanks Mildom hotel team

Hotel staff are polite and very accommodating,they fulfilled most request during my week long stay. However, the TV in the room only offers Russian and Kazakh programs tho there’s a lot of non Russian/Kazakh speaking guest. Wide variety of breakfast but gets repetitive during a long stay. Spa/sauna is complimentary but almost impossible to book, partly lost in translation as the staff in charge doesn’t speak much English and it’s always occupied for some reason.

There were in the room luxury, it certainly wasn 't a luxury, but in general everything was good, cleaning in the room and changing towels every day, hygiene items. Most of all I liked the location, it was very convenient to get to different places and to move on foot, just in the evening to walk near the Palace of the republic. Breakfast was in the cost, it was from 7 to 11, but in fact at 10 there was nothing much, so if you want breakfast, you have to get up early, which you don't want on vacation. Sauna, swimming pool and gym on the three, but we didn't go for that. There are almost no territories, but you can still sit in the street at night at the table because there are no balconies. In general, you can recommend as a good and affordable hotel.

Strategic location , walking distance to Mega Shopping Mall , accessible by public transport and help desk is nice and we are able to communicate in English.

Not to say that I was delighted with this hotel, but also I can't say that it was very bad. There were mixed feelings from staying here, from here and such an assessment. Location from the point of view of the proximity to the airport – excellent. And in terms of life, it is not very convenient. And here I mean not the location relative to the city center even. Beneath the windows is a washing machine and a refuelling machine where the woman communicates with customers at night and in the morning by the speaker, it severely hinders sleep and affects general well-being. The curtains have also had to curtain, otherwise the light bulb will hinder sleep. In general, my nights were uneasy: light in the window, the inability to open the window to let out the fresh air (though it is possible to do better). It was necessary to explain to the taxi drivers where the main entrance to the hotel is located, which looks like a service and not for the first time you guess that it is the entrance. Your own free transfer – is a miracle, they want to say great thanks for two beautiful trips. The first, from the airport, thanks to the wonderful man that while I was dealing with the lost baggage, he didn 't leave and waited for me this hour, although we didn 't even get in touch because I forgot to warn the hotel that I was delayed at the exit from the airport. Great human thanks! The trip to the airport was not less comfortable, everything was on time and at the top level! Staff on the respiratory was always friendly, responsive, went to meet when needed. Thank you very much) Room service was also excellent. As for the interior decoration, the room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, the truth at the table was extremely uncomfortable to work unless you are amateur to throw Leg on leg and etc.

I had an 11 hour layover between my flight from Dubai to my flight to Atyrau and was really searching for a hotel near the airport that was convenient and reasonably priced. Grand Hotel Erbil is both of those. I made the booking online with the option to pay on arrival. The booking made provision for a free shuttle pickup from the airport and a very reasonable transfer back the following morning. The hotel confirmed everything by Whatsapp. Contactless payment. Clean room. Clean linen. Friendly and efficient service. I ordered a simple burger and chips via WhatsApp and the food arrived hot and fresh. Minibar is fully stocked and reasonably priced. Their menu is extensive (55 page book) and they cater for everything from a bowl of hummus to platters of meats, cakes, cocktails, etc. For a traveller, this hotel is well worth it.
