Excellent location a few minutes walk into the centre of Alvor , we had a studio on 2nd floor to rear of hotel , well equipped kitchen with fridge , microwave etc , comfortable beds walk in shower . Rooms are cleaned daily , Breakfast is good plenty of choice . Staff are very friendly and helpful . During our stay it was my wife's birthday and we were surprised when we had a call from reception followed by the staff bringing a small birthday cake with candle and a bottle of bubbly on ice to our room ,which was a lovely surprise and very thoughtful of them . Overall a great stay , no negatives , will definately return here .

Lovely hotel rooms good cooking facilities not brilliant pool is nice but too cold to go in at minute area lovely really enjoyed touring the area the boardwalk is brilliant the beach is beautiful the sea is so clear walked along the shore line everyday

What you get here is a safe central location with good facilities. Having booked a deluxe room I got myself a comfy bed, decent shower, to, fridge and a safe in my room. It’s what I wanted and it’s what I got. The room didn’t blow me away but for what I paid it was very good value for money and very functional. The electric blinds for the balcony helped as Well to save light getting in. Breakfast is a good choice and something for everyone. The highlight was the staff especially the young lady whose name began with S. she was very knowledgeable and gave a great inspire to the area. Look after her as she is a great asset. In fairness other staff where good as welll. Listen make no bones about it you pay more than I paid you any sheer luxury. What this hotel gives is comfort amazing value for money and a clean space to stay. Interlace that with the stars and you have a holiday Your also only 5-10 Minutes walk from good restaurants and super markets.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for a week to celebrate his birthday. Before we arrived to the hotel I emailed the staff to ask for a special request, this was to ask if they could decorate the room while we were out on my partners birthday I offered to pay an additional fee for this but after getting a rapid reply they insisted on not charging me extra. When we came back to the hotel after the staff had decorated we realised they went above and beyond ,the room was covered in the balloons that I supplied, they even gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne, a birthday cake and a personalised card for my partner. He was so happy with this result and I wouldn’t have been able to pull this little surprise off if it wasn’t for them !! The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and kind and I will 100% always recommend this place . We can not wait to go back next year . Thankyou so much for everyone that help you are truly incredible people ❤️ I would also like to add the food and service were amazing couldn’t of asked for anything better such a chill quite hotel , perfect for relaxing 🇵🇹

Lovely hotel, all the staff were genuinely really pleasant and helpful. The room was great, very spacious and clean. The shower was amazing. Having a fridge and kettle in the room was a real bonus. The breakfast was out of this world, cereals, fruit, a fry up, etc. The hotel is in a very good location for the shops and restaurants and local transport. Highly recommended!
