Pros : our room had a View to die for, facing the river, the room was beautiful and clean, comfy bed and pillows that were so comfy. Love the cracking open fire in the bar too, nice to unwind with a glass in front of the fire after a busy day exploring. The hotel is very easy to get to central station via the free ferry that leaves every 10 mins. Would definitely stay here again for Amsterdam exploring. Cons: could do with more tea and coffee (and milk) for the drinks tray. Some soft background music in the hotel and hotel bar would add to the ambience.

All the staff was super nice and welcoming. The hotel can be reached by ferry from Amsterdam Centraal (the ferry ride is free and very frequent).

Great hotel in a great up and coming location just out of central Amsterdam. Great links into the city with the free ferry directly outside the hotel taking you straight over to Amsterdam central station. Views from the rooms are fantastic.

Great getaway, you need to take a ferry to get there but that was also easy and nice 😁 room was very cozy!

Room is very small and not enough space of you have big luggage. Bathroom floor tiles are very cold and should have to prob slipper. Lights are not bright enough, cleaner didn’t change bedsheet and found crumbs on the sheet. Ceiling looks scary and look like sleeping under the bridge. Too noisy and can hear everything. One receptionist is rude and not friendly. Car park is far from hotel and not easily accessible when you have heavy luggage. It’s not Hilton standard.

This room is too small. How can it be over 20 square meters? It should be half of that at most. I don't know how Ctrip calculated the area. I can only say that in Amsterdam, where every inch of land is valuable, you can only live in such a remote place at this price.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The view outside the window was great, so I was able to rest more comfortably. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were great. I want to visit again next time.

Convenient transportation, there is a ferry right outside, which can go directly to the central station. The breakfast is good. The room faces the river.

Overall it's good, the restaurants nearby are all OK, there is a cruise ship directly to the city center, the room is close to the lake, the night view is OK, it's worth staying next time. The breakfast is also good.

The rooms are very clean, the staff is attentive and friendly. It is also very close to the ferry. It is in an ideal location for public transportation. I will choose it again when I go again.

It feels very good. The price is cheap. The environment is clean and the service attitude is good. The front desk also gave small cookies. The surrounding facilities are complete, the bed is also very large, there is no noise and the facilities are all new
