Great location as the hotel is close to both the train station & City centre. Staff are friendly & helpful. Good policy of rewarding guest with $5 each day if housekeeping is skipped.
Room rate is a bit pricy considering the room size (12 or 17 sm) and limited room amenities and hotel facilities offered ( no gym & no pool ). Guest must be aware that the some room types come without any complimentary bottled water , slippers or toothbrush/paste.

The staff's service is terrible. Do not assist and try to make customers stay a pleasant one. For example, the check out time is 12 noon. Before 12 noon, the hotel system blocked us from using the lift and accessing the room. When we voice out to the Customer service, they make don't know. The customer service is only concern if you are a minute late, they will fine you 10 pounds. The staff also didn't apologize about my concern
I strongly NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. It will be my first and last stay in Ibis Amsterdam

First its just few meter from Central station. Superb easy to anywhere and food available all the time

The staff gave early check in which was convenient. Room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is only a few mins walk to Amsterdam centraal station and about 10 mins walk to Rokin shopping area.

Very good, clean and tidy hotel which located close to central train station and market. Staffs are nice and good service for store luggage before and after check in time.
