Front desk are more the an happy to help you with all needs. Very good reception making you feel welcomed. Happy to give advice on places and transport. Would highly recommend.

The photos are deceptive. The photos of the castle have nothing to do with the hotel. The room is small and very simple. The elevator is often broken. It is near the red light district and close to the central train station. There is no breakfast, but there is self-service coffee and some bread in the morning. It may not be available when there are many people. The service staff is very friendly and a small bag of snacks is given when checking out
