The hotel location was good, but the facilities and service were poor.

The room was clean and the view was nice~ They were very kind and listened to my additional requests^^ Thanks to you, my family had a good rest. Thank you~

The location is a bit on the outskirts of Andong City. It's a hotel, but the facilities are like a motel. It's not soundproof and not particularly good, so all you have to do is sleep. I would like to recommend a new motel in Andong City.

This is a very satisfactory accommodation for the whole family. The large hotel lobby was as good as a 5-star hotel and the rooms were clean. The location is also good. Confucian Land is right nearby, and Wolyeong Bridge is also close by.

The facilities were so-so, but the view was great!! I could see the Nakdong River and it was okay.

I often go on business trips, so this is one of the hotels I occasionally use, but this time I was disappointed. 1. We were standing in line to check in, but there was no line at all and it was like cutting in line. When we said something, a woman went behind us, and even though the line was messy and crowded with students because she was the teacher or something, she loudly told us not to worry because we are the kind of people who don't cut in line. What should a customer say to an inconsiderate man who hits? There are people behind the counter, so please wait in line. What is the point of standing still until a dispute arises between customers that will end if they do this? 2. When I entered the room, the bath foam towel that everyone had used in the bathtub was tied to the water tap. I guess I didn't clean it properly. ㅠ There’s hair in the bathtub too ㅠ

Because it was a weekday, there weren't many people, so it was quiet and the rooms were in good condition.

I urgently needed to stay one more night, but it was really difficult to get one because it was Friday before the weekend, but luckily there was a room at the Richel, so I stayed there. Facilities and service are okay. It's nice that they provide breakfast as well. Next time, I'd like to go with a discount.

화장실에 들어가니 쓰다버린 렌즈, 머리카락, 휴지가 반기고 변기를 여니 소변자국이 가득하네요

주변 관광지 와 가깝고 가성비 좋은 호텔 입니다. 가격도 적당하고 시설도 꽤 좋아요. 안동 방문 예정 이신분들에게 추천합니다
