This hotel had a beautiful garden, all kind of amenities. Breakfast was delicious and assorted. Unfortunately the swimming pool wasn’t operating during my stay. Overall I had a great experience. The stuff members were very kind and went out their way to assist me in any situation. Thank you 😊

The hotel room is very clean and the service is very friendly❤️
It is very close to the Zhejiang Natural History Museum. It is very convenient to take your kids to the Natural History Museum. It is highly recommended! It is not far from the city center. It is also convenient to eat at the local delicious restaurants in Anji. It is much better than some B&Bs that do not have breakfast and nothing around.

This hotel is a good value for money hotel for the May Day holiday. It is close to the scenic spots we planned to visit, with a private garden, a clean swimming pool, and nice service. There were some minor incidents during the check-in process, but Coco solved them very considerately and gave the family VIP tickets to the Fuyun Valley Scenic Area. It was a great experience.

This hotel has the worst service I have stayed in in recent years. I asked the front desk for a few more bottles of water, but was told that each room can only get two bottles of water per day. Asking for more bottles of water is like begging. I booked this hotel because I saw that it has 5 stars or 5 diamonds on Ctrip. I want the feeling of home, but this hotel feels so bad. Recommended by Ctrip. I checked in after reading other reviews. We were traveling with two families and booked a room without breakfast. The manager gave us breakfast. I have to give a thumbs up. The breakfast was OK. There were basically all kinds of food. A small gift was also given when we left. Recommended. This price is not bad.
