設施：酒店有健身館游泳館 棋牌室尤其游泳館的水很是清澈
衞生：衞生乾淨 住着很舒服 也很放心
環境：來安吉玩的 朋友的 玩好了回去睡覺特別的安靜
服務：前台小姐姐熱情 辦理入住方便簡單 效率特別高

總體體驗感很差 一個沒有浴缸 其次洗漱地方很小 洗澡出來沒有隔斷 換衣服穿衣服很尷尬 空調噪音很大 小夜燈就是你在床上一動就會亮 晚上突然就會亮一下 很不舒服 其他設施 重點來了 泳池！確實在三樓游泳池 但是是冷水 無人管理 有等於沒 根本沒有辦法游泳 根本不是恆温泳池 就是擺設 和好友家庭旅遊 想着在酒店游泳 結果空歡喜一張 打破原本計劃 最後早飯非常難吃 而且家庭房就兩份早飯 實屬不理解 現在家庭都衹有兩個人的嗎 總之以後不會再入住了

房間洗手間與床是開放式的，中間無門，這點不太好，洗完澡淋浴間出來穿衣服毫無私隱，酒店雖説有泳池，泳池設計的也很奇怪，邊上一兩米寬的地方是淺的，走着走着突然一個很高的台階踩空掉下去就到了深水區，沒有過度，也沒有提示，無敵了簡直，被嚇了一大跳，最最關鍵的是室外37度的天，室內泳池水冷得瑟瑟發抖，小朋友下來玩了沒幾分鐘，實在凍得牙齒都打架了趕緊上去了，這泳池還不如不要，當初定這個酒店，就是看中有泳池，小童遊樂場是在室外，毫無遮擋這麼熱的天曬得也沒法去玩，酒店的諸多設計實在令人失望。

很差！！！別住！！酒店房間衞生很差。1點40分到酒店，無法辦理入住，解釋是，將近200個房間衹有4個阿姨打掃，忙不過來。等到入住，房間地上全是頭髮，衞生間全是煙灰，很臟。房間空調聲音很大，很吵。泳池的衞生、水温全部不符合國家規定！！！第二天吃早餐，人太多，水煮雞蛋都是生的，根本沒地方坐，吃不到什麼！整體體驗感很的很差！別住！

酒店大堂設計挺有意境，辦理完入住有管家加微信，發了一些入住簡介，這個價位有這種服務還是物超所值的。走廊上有一股淡淡的香味，很有感覺。不過晚上的時候房間裏的燈光略暗，有些開關標識的不太明顯。不過房間還是挺好的，酒店還有一個後花園可以放鬆！

還是相當不錯的一次入住，很多評論裏説不太好，我認為有失偏駁，唯一不完美的是這酒店空調確實有些問題，但是與管家小凱溝通，晚上已經下班時間仍然加班及時幫忙換房，作為一家酒店員工已經做的很到位了，我認為應該有獎金給這樣的員工，通常很多五星酒店雖有管家服務但也不是每次都高標準，因為平時住酒店概率比較高，但這次確實比較安慰吧，至於硬件設施那應該是裝修時老闆的問題。早上酒店經理還給泡一杯茶給我，這樣的態度與服務，是這家酒店的福星，希望這樣的評論不但旅遊的朋友可以看到，也希望老闆可以多看看，如果設施改進，那麼配上這樣的員工，那麼這樣的酒店3到5年裡生意都會很不錯！感謝管家小凱🙏

作為職業出差住酒店頻率很高的我來説入住體驗不錯，當天叫了車到酒店，管家就迎上來直接幫我接了行李，並引導到前台辦理了入住。全程省心。貼心告知了酒店配備的枕頭軟硬程度等一些個性化的服務了並一路將我引導至客房介紹客房的設備如何使用。這點第一次碰到有這樣的服務，要給點贊好評！房間燈光舒適，不會刺眼，個人特別討厭探照燈一樣的燈光。酒店房間清爽乾淨，安靜舒適應該晚上能睡個好覺。。晚上去健身中心跑了一會步，跑步機正對着花園，這點感覺非常不錯。户外有個很大的花園，跑完步洗完澡晚上點了杯茶坐在户外，酒店用的茶還挺不錯。運動完在花園小坐整個人都放鬆下來了。房間裏的床品柔軟體感舒適，並貼心的配置了兩套軟硬枕，當晚的睡眠質量非常不錯。窗簾一點都不透光，睡得差點錯過了早餐。早餐中規中矩，挺豐富的，因為下樓比較晚，廚房還特別給重新新煎了太陽蛋。整個行程比較緊湊，整體入住酒店感覺還是讓人很放鬆，很貼心。下次來安吉還會選擇入住。給好評！

酒店不管是環境還是設施都非常OK，泳池，健身房都有，在酒店住了好幾天也加了管家小環環的徽信，管家的服務真的是非常的好，耐心詳細的介紹了酒店周邊好吃好玩的地方，酒店房間衞生也乾淨整潔，早餐也好吃，下次來安吉還是會繼續住星辰雅閣大酒店。

和閨蜜一起約好去安吉找朋友玩，搜尋了很多家酒店，最後找了在朋友家附近的酒店。雖然網評分不高，我個人覺得不管是硬件還是軟件上是比評分要好的。我比較喜歡這個酒店的裝修風格，看着也挺新的，有工作人員添加微信，解決在店需求，對於我這樣的一個社恐還是挺好的，服務不錯！下次再來！
