優點：1.服務十分熱情，管家主動介紹附近美食和野生小松鼠，臨走時贈送娃哈哈水和特色柚子飲料。2.在民宿訂了一頓晚飯，好吃，優秀。3.周圍青山綠水，民宿四周都有園子，造型樹木（但也缺乏户外休閑娛樂設施）4.附近有可以釣魚的魚塘，喜歡的朋友可以一試。不足：1.作為1300一晚的民宿，基礎設施不足，淋浴房污漬，窗户下的牆壁泡水，小床是木板床上鋪了不算厚的褥子，沒有棕墊或席夢思，衞生間有莫名水漬（孩子早過了玩水的年紀，但地上有個位置一直有水，搞不懂為啥）……2.攜程網頁顯示的民宿位置與管家發我的竟不是一處，但管家以按另一個位置導航更方便為由，模糊了這件事，後來我們出門遊玩，回民宿時先生用了攜程的地址導航，發現不對頭，兩處房舍相差車程10分鐘，其實如果貴店有分店，直説就是，我也發現兩處的照片攜程上都有，但不仔細看區別不大，無論如何消費者應該有知情權不是。3.我們入住兩晚，管家很尊重客人私隱很好，其他不打掃我都沒意見，我也確實不愛阿姨動我擺好的東西，可垃圾袋沒有換説不過去啊。
民宿經營不易，但用心誠心是很重要的，消費者都能感受到哦。

這是一家用真誠服務打動顧客的民宿，定好之後就會有管家持續保持聯繫，貼心提醒方方面面，包括確認行程安排、飲食等等，到達之後發現管家是個帥哥👍，老闆及小姐姐們都很熱情，並且所有人都非常有耐心，體驗感一級棒，給人的感覺就是這錢花的值，民宿還會管一日三餐，有需要的話還可以額外加菜呢，口味非常不錯，很nice，可以為了美味的食物再來一次的程度
環境：這次住的養心谷，引入眼簾就是一個大大的游泳池，這次來也帶了泳衣，還拍了美美的照片，周圍是竹林，隨便一拍都可以出片，住在這裏的感覺太舒服啦，放鬆到了極致
衞生：很乾凈，沒有一點異味，跟在家裡一樣住的讓人放心～
洗車服務:來之前看到有洗車服務，還沒有自己提出來，小姐姐們就已經貼心的把車開去洗了，隨時可以出發去打卡周圍景點，白茶園離民宿很近哦～

如果你想體驗海底撈式的民宿
因為回國探親想陪媽媽來杭州周邊安吉玩兩天 酒店普遍較老舊不考慮 對比了好多家民宿 最後選了離白茶觀景台較近的安吉山語棲養心谷 因為這趟旅行主要就是放鬆 故我們不考慮自駕. 這家可以接送機以及還包一日三餐 （廚師做飯很好吃！後院種的韭菜太香了！） 另外我們增加了包車服務 太適合我們了！作為民宿 他們沒有給我們推薦任何坑人的景點 反而推薦了一些免費值得去的地方
【服務】
從前期與管家溝通到離店 都非常滿意 這幾天的旅行幾乎沒自己提過行李包. 我們的全程地陪小相女士情緒價值給足 非常貼心 華為拍照確實好看 拍照技術也很不錯 一直幫我們找景區。接機司機小楊開車很穩 金牌管家小周熱情主動. 所有員工都非常禮貌 周到。服務意識真的很強.
【設施】客房很乾凈 習慣了城市的車水馬龍 大落地窗看着竹海感受這滿眼綠色 大自然的謐靜感覺太好了！據説自駕來還有免費洗車服務.
這家民宿不僅適合一家三口來度假 也非常適合爸媽年紀相仿的叔叔阿姨過來安養.

山林竹海蔘天，腳下溪水叮咚，
晨曦獨坐窗前，耳目聽風隱約。
品茗安吉白茶，聊發世間瑣碎。
閑來黑白對弈，亦或四方對戰。
這就是入住山語棲•養心谷所過的神仙日子。
民宿活動空間大，內容豐富。如果你是個怕熱的人，你可以窩在民宿內邀上好友一起下棋，打牌，亦或拿上一本書，沏上一壺茶，靜靜地領略書內乾坤。你也可以走出室外，一躍入池，在環山綠意中酣暢的戲水。
入夜，來幾串用農家土雞，土豬，土菜製作的串串，聽着此起彼伏的“啾啾”聲，山野的氣息撲面而來，衹覺得二天的旅居太過倉促，禁不住找來管家想再多住幾日。衹可惜客房已滿。留着遺憾，相約秋林盡染時再次迴歸。

星級酒店管家式服務，這裏的工作人員真的是超級熱情。又幫着提行李，又幫着洗車，又幫着看小孩。一日三餐也很有特色，很好吃。其實紅燒竹林雞塊特別香。周圍的美景更是美不勝收，讓人流連忘返。真的是天然氧吧。每天行走在竹林間，呼吸着新鮮空氣真的可以放空自己。孩子也有地方玩兒。他們下邊還有一家民宿可以挖沙，也有露天泳池和露營設備。總之下次還會再來。

安吉這家民宿真的是太贊啦！每天都有免費的咖啡和安吉白茶喝！露天的游泳池也非常的大！民宿的風景非常的美觀非常適合打卡拍照！最喜歡的就是草坪上的月亮鞦韆。免費的一日三餐也很有特色，味道也不錯。最重要的是能給我的汽車免費充電。

住過的服務最好的酒店and民宿，因為定的很匆忙，前一天半夜下的訂單，馬上有管家來聯繫了，到了那邊，因為一路堵車，飢腸轆轆，預訂的中飯都準備好了，馬上上菜。問哪裡能充電，都不用我們出房間，管家在38度大太陽底下挪車，插電。民宿還提供洗車服務，不衹是表面沖一下，是會拿吸塵器把裏面也都吸的乾乾淨淨的那種，當天晚上快十一點了，還看到工作人員在一輛輛洗車，真的很辛苦。

管家服務十分周到，出行前就聯繫你提前幫開好空調，還有歡迎水果，每天的餐食都提前跟你確認。店員十分熱情，有求必應，還有洗車服務。民宿樓下就有小花園和泳池，小朋友可以放心玩。臨走前想買白茶，管家也主動幫聯繫。在這裡有一種回家的舒適感，十分放鬆。👍👍👍
