"It is a very lovely place for a short and relaxing trip. It make you feel homely with the sweetness and kindness of the owners. It is like a “ming shu” stay instead of a hotel stay. Our stay was upgraded as the boss noticed we have a bit of luggage. The room was great. We had fun playing with the “xiaodu” , watching movies with the projector and small cute duckie and giraffe chair. The tissue holder is so cute too. Breakfast is lovely. We had porridge with little small dishes as you would have at home. As we were there during the non peak season, we had a chance of noodles soup as breakfast too. It is a such a sweet thought for us to try different breakfast for the next day. Renting of ski clothes is easy too. We just need to click a WeChat link sent by the lady boss and it is delivered. Although we choose the wrong size. Lady boss helped us to contact the rental company to change out for us. They came back with the right size and even gave us a free ride to the ski transport place. Meals are readily available around. Just need to walk out a bit and feel free to ask lady boss. After a day of fun, we had a lovely treat from the hotel A hot pot of tea with some snacks to go along. We even get to wash some our laundry and before we left, we have some bamboo shoots backs as souvenirs. The sweetness was overwhelming! This is really a lovely place to stay for a short getaway."

"Impressive, amazing, breathtaking views! We booked a 2 bedroom villa, each room with bathroom and huge terrace, backyard with great hotspring, delicious breakfast, staff really helpful, the infinity swimming pool perfect, everything was great! Definitely coming back!"

"Absolutely high-quality B&B. As soon as the car entered the small road, the boss came to greet us in the rain and wanted to help us with our luggage. The boss's wife was also a warm and gentle lady. She gave us the location very considerately before check-in. Knowing that we had a baby, she also upgraded the parent-child room. The breakfast was made by ourselves, but it was clean and delicious! The accommodation conditions of the B&B are even better. The decoration style, facilities, and environmental sanitation are all impeccable. The sound insulation is also very good. As soon as the child entered the door, he said, ”It's so high-tech, with a super large projection screen and a direct drinking water machine!” The two children were too crazy at night and affected other guests. "The building has a strong sense of design and a Mediterranean style. It is just 200 meters away from the gate of the Panda Tribe. At night, this is the only homestay with bright lights on the top. There is a small parking lot. As soon as the car stopped, the service staff came up to help with the luggage. The room is clean and simple, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a large projection, a water purifier and a lazy recliner, as well as 6 packs of snacks and Sprite Coke. "We booked the Mo Village Hotel, Huzhou's top-ranked luxury hotel, for over 4000 CNY a night. It was advertised as a 'Suite on the Third Floor of the Main Building' (see image 2), which led us to believe it was a three-story suite. It turned out to simply be a suite *located* on the third floor – incredibly misleading for customers! To top it off, this 4000+ CNY suite, meant for four guests, only had *one* bathroom, with the shower and toilet sharing the same space. The shower was merely enclosed by a simple fabric curtain, meaning the entire bathroom floor would get drenched whenever someone took a shower. This effectively made the toilet and sink unusable for others at the same time, forcing us to queue – a dreadful experience reminiscent of a communal dorm bathroom! What's more, the towels and bath towels were placed right next to the toilet. If someone didn't remember to close the lid before flushing (a traditional toilet), the splashing water and aerosolized particles would inevitably spray directly onto the fresh towels! Moving on to amenities: the entire suite only had *one* tissue box, located in the living room – none in the two bedrooms, and none in the bathroom! The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided were just one small set (see image 3). Even after only two men in our group used them on the first night (the two ladies didn't), they were not replenished on the second day! The bedrooms were incredibly spartan, with no desk, wardrobe, or even a trash can. The bedding comfort was mediocre, making the rooms feel quite rudimentary (see image 1). The hotel states that commercial photography is prohibited, yet every corner seemed to be used for commercial shoots. In my opinion, this hotel is really only suitable for photo opportunities and commercial filming. While the public areas are indeed very photogenic, boasting a French country style, the attention to detail is poor, and the comfort level of our particular suite was merely average. While the hotel staff were indeed excellent, friendly, and always greeted us, their good service simply couldn't compensate for the glaring deficiencies in our overall stay experience!"

The staff was so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and as special as possible. From being served a freshly made delicious breakfast just for us, to making sure our room’s amenities were all in the best condition for us to get the most out of our stay. We were always greeted with smiles and such genuine generosity. Our room was comfortable, beautiful and kept in perfect condition providing scenic views of the mountains. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a peaceful and warm-hearted escape to the beautiful scenic countryside."

"Facilities: Smart home technology, a water purification system, and a projector. The room is spacious and even has a huge balcony! The 2-meter king-size bed 🛏️ is perfect for lounging! Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and fresh! The toiletries were excellent 👍 The soft-bristled toothbrush was so useful I took it home 🤩 Environment: Close to the Yunshang Grassland! There's a stream and a swimming pool next to the B&B. The owner said the water in the pool is also spring water from the mountains! It was a shame it was too cold to dip in! The overall decor is just what I love 🥰 Service: The host was very welcoming ❤️ He was waiting at the door with an umbrella before we even arrived. Such warmth and attention to detail! ㊗️ Business is booming."
