We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is exceptionally clean, and you can really tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining it. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They even assisted with carrying our bags from the parking lot to our room and again during check-out, which made the experience feel extra welcoming and convenient. What stood out the most was their willingness to answer questions and ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. On top of that, the views were absolutely amazing and added such a special touch to the whole experience. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

It's rare for me to write a review, but good hotels deserve to be discovered by more people! A very relaxing and unforgettable experience. This place is perfect for aimless wandering and enjoying the pastoral atmosphere. Eat fresh vegetables at the farm restaurant and watch the lambs. Several scenic spots make you feel like you're in Monet's garden. Listen to music and watch the sunset in the evening. Your heart will instantly find peace. Although its family-friendly facilities aren't as extensive as some big hotels (I suggest improvements! High chairs and children's amenities could be better). The people, service, and environment here feel like a warm home in the countryside. Very cozy. I stayed for four days and didn't want to leave. I'll definitely come back.

What a fantastic home stay. My partner and I stayed for the weekend, and everything was brilliant. The staff were all friendly and helpful (despite us both being able to speak Chinese and the staff not speaking English, they did everything they could to help us and make us feel welcome). The room was big, clean and had everything that we needed. It also had a water machine which was really helpful especially with the weather being so hot. We spent one afternoon relaxing by the swimming pool, and it was peaceful and the water was clean and refreshing. Breakfast was good, with enough selection to choose from. The location was also brilliant, with it only being a ten minute walk to where the buses take you to Skyland, which is why we visited the area. We will be coming back to stay here in the next few months when we visit the area again! Thank you for a great weekend.

I literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

A very thoughtful resort! **Location:** Just a few minutes' drive from Shenxi Rafting (when traffic is clear), with convenient access to nearby dining and entertainment. **Inside the Resort:** 1. **Food:** There's a restaurant with a rich breakfast spread. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed there for a one-stop solution, or you can venture out to local farm-style eateries. When booking, check the package options; you can often book rooms that include afternoon tea, which has a good variety. The kids loved the desserts, and adults can enjoy tea or coffee. 2. **Accommodation:** The rooms are good. The resort staff are warm and helpful; any requests we had were met. For example, the bed was quite high, so we asked the staff to add a bed rail. Even though it was peak summer and very busy, they responded promptly and positively – thumbs up! 3. **Activities:** (1) There are many black swans and white geese in the lake, along with 2 goats and 3 peacocks. The hotel front desk provides food, so you can pick some up to feed them, which is fun. (2) Building 1 has a kids' play area, mainly featuring ball pits, slides, and trampolines. There's also a gym with relatively new equipment. (3) There's an outdoor swimming pool. I saw them filling it with fresh water in the morning. Staff are on hand to maintain order and safety. The water temperature was perfect during the summer, and you can rent swimming rings on-site. (4) Right at the entrance, there's a small stream with lots of little fish. You can take the kids stream-tracing directly, which is super convenient! 👍 (5) They offer various types of vehicles. The resort is quite large, so if you don't feel like walking, you can scan a vehicle and take a tour around the grounds. **Note:** Some areas are still under renovation, so more accommodation and recreational areas should be available in the future. Looking forward to it! Just a heads-up, when staying in the mountains, you have to accept that there will be mosquitoes and bugs – it's unavoidable. Remember to turn on the mosquito repellent in your room and take your own measures to keep insects away.

We had a wonderful, relaxing Dragon Boat Festival getaway. The weather was perfect – it rained when we weren't out, allowing us to fully enjoy Anji's beautiful scenery and laid-back pace. The Shanfeishan Hotel is tucked away in the Cloud Grassland scenic area, offering stunning mountain views right from your door and excellent service. From the hotel, it's a short, scenic walk to the beautiful Gaoshi Village and the picturesque Xianlong Lake. At Xianlong Lake, we even met a kind man who let us pick as many bayberries as we wanted (they were perfectly sweet and sour!). After enjoying the sights, we indulged in some authentic Anji dried noodles – it was truly a fulfilling experience. Anji is a fantastic place, and I can't wait to visit again.

The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

The hot spring is a 100% plus point. The semi-open environment plus the fire means that you won't feel cold at all whether you are soaking, drinking tea or eating fruit in the middle, or returning to the room. The sense of touch is full. The housekeeper will also keep asking about the temperature of the soup on WeChat. The bamboo house also has a good experience. There are two heaters and air conditioners in the room. The indoor temperature is also very comfortable in Anji's winter. The overall space is also large, and there is a swing under the bamboo house. Breakfast and the reserved dinner are both very good. The chicken soup is not quick-cooked chicken, and the taste is good in the mountains. There is a parking lot at the door of the homestay, and there are four charging piles, which are very friendly to trams. In terms of service, any problems and needs will be responded to and solved in a timely manner. The housekeeper also gave suggestions for nearby tours. Overall, it is worth a second visit for a parent-child tour in winter

We stayed here in early March and booked a starry sky suite. You can really see the stars at night (you have to turn off all the lights). Chatting on the tatami and basking in the sun on the balcony, this is really the best place for a vacation. The lady boss was also very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of nuts from Bestore. Although the snow on the mountain had not completely melted in early March, we saw that the water in the swimming pool had been pumped out and the workers were cleaning the pool. This shows that this hotel attaches great importance to the sanitary environment. The parking lot is relatively large and parking is very convenient.

My husband and I chose this hotel for a relaxing getaway, and it was absolutely the right choice. First, the environment: the air in the mountains is so fresh, surrounded by lush greenery, and the only sounds are the wind and birdsong – incredibly pleasant. Our room even had a private hot tub on the balcony. Soaking in it at night while enjoying the mountain views was incredibly romantic and relaxing. Although it gets quite cold in the mountains at night, the underfloor heating in the room was excellent; it was toasty warm as soon as we entered, and walking barefoot was so comfortable – no worries about catching a cold at all. The service was also wonderful. From check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. Exploring the area was convenient too. Cloud Mountain Grassland is just a short drive away, perfect for a full day of fun. There are also local farmhouses nearby where you can buy fresh, affordable local produce. Getting to and from the hotel is smooth, making trips to attractions or finding places to eat completely hassle-free. This stay truly allowed us to relax both body and mind. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!
