This hotel is excellent incldung their software and hardware. Rooms is clean and spacious, foods is excellent as well as their services. They are nice smart and helpful, especially the female manager in the front desk ....highly recommeded this hotel and hope we will come back again soonest. We enjoyed so much ..so relaxing and memorable friends and family trip🥰

Beautiful resort with modern and clean amenities. View from the room was amazing.
The best part of the stay was the team of incredibly warm and lovely staff who look great care of us and our little one, from the receptionist to the pool lady, cleaning ladies, restaurant team etc. We also had sweet dessert and fruits sent to the room in a hot flask daily.
The bubble machine was faulty on day 2 of our stay and when the hotel staff found out we had a family photoshoot planned that day, they immediately called for someone to fix it so that we could have additional props for pictures, which was very sweet and thoughtful.
The only downside is that there isn’t very much to do within the hotel or neighbourhood and there is only 1 restaurant (although they are happy to take any special requests for food off the menu. We asked for 小龙虾 for example). Families would enjoy the well equipped kids playroom and activities they provide in the garden (kite flying, sky lanterns, bubble machine, balls etc.)

This vacation experience was great! The Petrus Hotel is like a paradise hidden in nature, with green mountains and clear water outside the window, and it's refreshing to breathe. The service staff is very considerate and attentive, and the butler-style service is reassuring. It's very quiet at night and I sleep well! There is no need to worry about bringing children, and there are a lot of parent-child activities. The children don't want to leave.
