張瀾曦和許湘若兩位女士服務態度特別好，當時已經很晚了，收拾箱子的時候突然發現箱子壞了怎麼也打不開，去前台兩位女士都在認真幫忙處理，聯繫人開箱子，最後成功幫忙把箱子修好了，十分感謝幫助！房間也很乾凈整潔。
