Hotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so. Can recommend.

Stayed for two nights and upgraded to a deluxe twin bed, which should be 4 square meters more than what I originally booked. I bought a package ticket for unlimited access to hot springs, Tianchi VIP ride, and three hours of skiing. My child was over the height limit, so I paid 500 more to share all services. The train station is free to pick up and drop off, and the journey takes 50 minutes. Living on the mountain has relatively few dining options, but the scenery on the north slope is really invincible. It's great that Tianchi VIP doesn't have to queue for 1 hour. Xiao Zhao at the concierge is very enthusiastic, and the car booking and luggage services are very thoughtful. Overall, I am very satisfied. There are many types of breakfast, and the noodles are delicious, especially the spicy minced meat with ingredients is suitable for the taste of Shanghai Xiaolongbao. It is recommended to have more steamed options.
