Check in area was quite messy, not properly organised. Only one staff to attend to check in/check out when we arrive at evening time. Day time could be better. Need to get breakfast coupon during check in (if you booked with breakfast), and dining area is the hotel beside. Staff in charge of local tour package is helpful and assist us to book the tour as the ticket to Changbaishan was fully sold out. Apparently, visiting Changbaishan needs to pre-book your ticket beforehand to avoid disappointment. Local tour we joined was pretty good as one will be ferried around the 3 main visiting spots by coach. Main plus point is that the hotel is near a hotspring hotel and the entrance point of north slope (both within 3-5 mins walking distance from hotel).

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

There is a self-service laundry room, robot delivery, and TV projection, which is simple and convenient. The experience of staying at the Lehman Hotel this time was very good. It is very important for those of us who often travel and live away from home. I told the front desk lady that I didn't get a good rest in the past two days, so she specially arranged the innermost room for me, and no other guests were arranged next to it. Due to schedule issues, we arrived at almost midnight and couldn't find the main entrance (the main entrance was very obvious, but we didn't notice we had entered it). Finally, the front desk arranged for a security guard to come find us and take us to check in. He also sent us to the room. The service was very thoughtful. Book a parent-child room, one bedroom and one living room, a double bed and a tatami. The room was very clean and tidy, and the room was large. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. The room is fully equipped and clean. This hotel is a 30-minute drive from the northern slope of Changbai Mountain. It is very convenient and there are soup, rice and breakfast shops around it, all of which taste good. Next time I go to Changbai Mountain, I will choose Guoxin Qingsong 👍
