來回接送還行 滑雪體驗不錯 早飯非常好吃種類很多 餐飲部服務很熱情特別是Lisa Dou女士
就是有點偏 除了酒店裡的飯還有泡麪其他沒啥好吃的

酒店位置很好，有高鐵接送，還有長白山VIP通道，衹要提前一天預約即可，免費的。酒店保養的不錯，而且有希爾頓一貫品質保證。唯一缺點是餐廳衹有一家韓國烤肉店，餐飲選擇太少，而周邊又沒有外賣。其他都很滿意。

設施：現代建築加木質仿古外層，外面看想山中的木屋，走進是裝修現代的酒店。一樓設有小童遊樂區，大面積的落地窗，非常多的座椅可以欣賞窗外的山景。
衞生：公共區域看上去很乾凈，房間內打掃的也不錯，衹是角落裡能看些許灰塵。
環境：酒店的位置沒得説，大概在半山腰這個位置，非常適合自駕，去到下面的二道白河需要開車30分鐘，沒有車的話有點麻煩，來回打車不便宜。房間帶陽台風景好，空氣清新，唯一的缺點就是9月底這個時候有點冷，好在窗簾很厚能擋住部分冷氣，這個時候沒有空調，我們向酒店要電暖器，要不早上冷的不想出被窩
服務：希爾頓的服務沒得説，有歡迎曲奇，還有水果和飲料給送到了房間裏，住店還可以免費去泡温泉。管家式服務，羣裏回訊息很快。最後還有可以申請延遲退房到14點。
餐飲很豐富，有東北特色，有延邊特色，主體的西餐搭配麪條餛飩，麪包好吃，還可以多拿幾個帶着上山餓了可以吃。

長白山希爾頓温泉酒店體驗超棒！房間乾淨整潔，窗外即是長白山落葉松林，讓人感覺放鬆愜意。温泉温度適宜，種類多樣。二樓韓味餐廳，點的烤肉套餐味道正宗，用炭烤得香氣十足，菜量實在，服務也很貼心，有需求即刻響應。泡完温泉來這吃頓飯，太滿足了！
