The room was spacious and beautiful, with stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Service: The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were all very polite. The only downside was the limited breakfast options; otherwise, the experience was great.

It's very close to the North Slope, just a 5-minute walk to the ticket gate. A highlight is their 'iron pot stew' dining experience, a hearty local specialty. I visited in summer, so I'm looking forward to trying it in winter. Environment: The surroundings feature pleasant greenery. Service: Warm and attentive.

Transitioning from the Wanda Hyatt to this hotel was like moving from hell to heaven. The price was comparable (even 100 cheaper), yet everything, from service to amenities, was vastly superior. Upon entering the room, we found honey tea already brewed in a thermos and a beautifully arranged fruit platter. (They provide different nightly tea drinks and fresh fruit daily throughout your stay, featuring local specialties like peaches and blueberries.) The in-room coffee and tea selection were elevated by several notches, and we even received a small jar of linden honey (it was so delicious, I ended up buying some!). In the evenings, the lobby bar offered complimentary beverages and alcoholic drinks. The Hyatt, on the other hand, only had a selection of chargeable snacks and drinks, with common fruits like apples and bananas only available on the day of check-in. The hot spring pools here offer an unbeatable view, and the overall hot spring environment is fantastic. We even spotted several chipmunks! Going in the afternoon meant there was hardly anyone around, allowing us to take photos freely. The Wanda's summer hot springs, however, were a stark contrast – it was like a sardine can, with people crammed around every pool, and a 2-3 person queue for each shower (though strangely, the men's showers had no queues). Given that this hotel is less crowded, we were always able to snag a lovely window seat for breakfast. The breakfast spread was incredibly refined, featuring delicacies like shrimp dumplings, siu mai, soup dumplings, chicken feet, spare ribs, and large prawns. They also offered different noodle dishes daily, including Tonkotsu ramen. The soy milk and various porridges were significantly superior to the mass-produced options often found elsewhere. While the sheer variety might not match that of bustling, queue-heavy hotels like the Hyatt, it absolutely triumphs in terms of quality! This hotel provides a full set of children's amenities, including adorable slippers, bathrobes, and even kid-friendly body lotion. In stark contrast, the Hyatt only offered children's slippers and bathrobes (during my multi-day stay, one day they even missed the bathrobe entirely), with absolutely no other provisions – even the toothbrushes provided were adult-sized. The shuttle service here is excellent: a private car and dedicated driver for each family. They were also very helpful with luggage, and the timing was always perfect – we'd just finish exploring the area and the car would be ready to pick us up. If I were forced to find a fault, it would be that the flooring in some areas felt a bit old and had a tendency to creak.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to both the town and the North Slope. It's about a ten-minute drive from the high-speed rail station, and the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service. The hotel features its own hot springs, where you can relax and soak while enjoying beautiful views of the Erdaobai River. They even have unique large iron pot hot spring baths, creating a truly wonderful atmosphere. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The hotel's restaurant, 'Shao Jiu Guan,' impressed with its authentic Northeastern Chinese decor and cuisine. It boasts a lovely setting with the Erdaobai River flowing just outside its windows. When I asked the butler to reserve a table, I specifically requested a window seat if possible and was confirmed that one had been booked. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, just as a server was leading us towards a window table, another staff member abruptly informed us that all window seats were taken due to earlier bookings. We were then told to either sit in an inner section or return later. Oddly enough, after we had settled at an inner table and placed our order, we were suddenly told that a window seat had become available. This really put a damper on our dining experience. It would have been much better if they had simply informed us during the booking process if a window seat wasn't available.

This is just a very average hotel, and I can't fathom why it's so expensive! If I had known Enduoli Huazhushu was open, I would have certainly booked there instead. I'd seen reviews on Xiaohongshu (Red Book) mentioning its 'anti-human' design, and now I completely understand. From the moment I stepped in, I felt an inexplicable sense of discomfort. The entire lobby and breakfast restaurant were unbearably hot and stuffy. The 'free happy hour' was advertised for lobby use, yet I clearly saw other guests taking drinks and snacks back to their rooms. Meanwhile, the lobby staff kept a close eye on me, as if I were a thief, which was incredibly unsettling. The breakfast restaurant only had two servers, resulting in dirty dishes not being cleared promptly. I almost accidentally used uncleaned cutlery, and the thought of it is simply repulsive. I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel.
