The location was fantastic – very convenient for getting around the city and exploring. Plus, there were numerous dining options within easy reach, making it effortless to find something delicious to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

All were good except for sound proofing. The service during registration was cold treated, not welcoming us feeling, just personal felt. Overall good stay.

The room is very unique. We stayed at Old Shen's house. The room was very warm, with small lofts on the upper and lower floors. The children liked it very much and it was very interesting. It is located on the Genting Market Pedestrian Street, next to the Tomb Robbers' Chronicles statue, which is very convenient for shopping and eating at night!

The room is average, the location is good, the front desk staff is indifferent, and the most inconvenient thing is that you have to climb the stairs to send the suitcase to the room. The suitcase is really heavy in winter. When you check out, no one will help you to carry the suitcase, so we carried it down by ourselves. When you push the door with your luggage, they will not open it for you. They just sit at the counter and don't move. The experience is very bad. They are also indifferent when you enter the door, without any professional service awareness. I feel that it is not worth the price. I will not stay next time. After all, carrying a suitcase is a physical job.

Location: At the entrance of Genting Market, opposite the big Korean supermarket Facilities: No elevator, carry your luggage to the second floor by yourself, I can accept these, but what I can't accept about the facilities is that the hair dryer is all cold air, it is impossible to use in such cold weather, the washbasin is very low, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the shower water flow is almost like a child's pee, and the shower water is only enough for one or two people, the washing and care is very poor, you must use your own Hygiene: Very poor, hair all over the floor, except for the disposable toothbrush, I dare not use other, the sofa is full of stains, the chair is about to fall apart, if I hadn't booked the hotel late, I really wouldn't choose this hotel

The duplex loft has a nice environment and is clean, but some facilities are a bit old and not perfect. It is right next to Rice Station and Changbaizhiyue, and opposite the snack street, which is very convenient.

This time I booked a forest duplex, which my children particularly like. They always climb up and down to play😂. It may be because it is a two-story building with a large area. The air conditioner is installed a little higher. If the weather is bad when sleeping on the first floor, it is easy to be woken up by the cold. I don’t know if the lighting in the room is to echo the forest theme. I think the first floor is a little dark. The hotel soundproofing is average, but we left in advance after the 11th, so there are not many guests, and the stay is OK. The bathroom is upstairs and downstairs, which is good, but there is a sweat steamer in the downstairs bathroom, which was a surprise when I just entered😂. The guest rooms are cleaned every day, which is really good in the B&B, because many B&Bs do not clean midway. The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Rice Station and Changbaizhiyue, which is very convenient to check in. There is a Korean supermarket directly opposite the hotel, which is also very convenient to buy things, but the road is being repaired at the entrance of the hotel, so it is not very convenient to push the suitcase. If you have enough time, you can stroll around the town. Erdao Baihe Town is not big, and you can actually take a taxi or walk. It is not expensive to take a taxi. I look forward to going to Changbai Mountain next time
