Very new hotel and room is very clean and spacious. Cici and Sunny are very helpful and accommodating. Really enjoyed the hotel facilities, breakfast and stay. Highly recommended!!

Walkable distance to Wenshu Temple Area. An easy bicycle ride to Chunxi Road to wander around the streets. Nice and efficient staff. Neat and tidy room. The balcony on the L/F (4th floor) is a nice place for sunbathing.

Hotel staff, Sunflower Xiang was very helpful. Met all my requests for firm pillow, air purifier & directions to Panda Reserve. The smart Music speaker was good.

Hotel is about 10 min taxi ride from Chun Xi Road. The room is very spacious but overall design is quite average. The sound proofing can be improved, we can hear noise outside our hotel room every morning.

Strategically located near the main attractions, around 10mins walk from the nearest mrt station. But since Didi rides are affordable and convenient in Cheng Du, this is not an issue at all. Shout-out to the front desk staff xiao yu/Rain and also the rest of the staff who accommodated the special requests (late checkout, luggage storage, empty carton box for packing, promptly addressed the shower head issue etc etc.). Breakfast served is of decent variety. Amenities such as washing machine, dryer, gym, are all in good condition as well! Will definitely stay in this hotel again if there is an opportunity to come back to ChengDu.

One of the best hotel in Chengdu, near all the travel spot and clear environment . Definitely will come back next year.  And the hotel also offering souvenir in the reception.

Exceptional service especially the receptionists 熊熊 and seven. I needed assistance with calling other local china numbers for the repair of my china phone. They went beyond their responsibility of checking out the location for me to head towards and assisted to provide a local phone number because it is a requirement for me to retrieve my phone. Thank you for the great service!

Good stay, Vivi from from check in to our departure have been friendly and all smile. Location abit far from MRT but it’s ok cos taxi are very easy to get. The shower drainage needs to be improve as daily we have a mini pool of water outside the shower room

Breakfast is disappointing, the same hot items were served consecutively on both days, and lacking in variety and quality. Breakfast is not of international standard - no hard cheese platter. Rice dumplings were not served on winter solstice day :( They could be more attentive on the breakfast menu selections so guests staying more than 2/3 nights are not bored by the lackluster food. Some front office staffs are well trained and service oriented and are very professional, however some are not (still quite green in the hospitality industry and doesn’t live up to Hyatt standards) I didn’t have a memorable birthday during my stay.
