You can cook with a range and refrigerator, but there is a range and sink. There are no pots. It's good value for money and it's okay if you go alone.

"Very nice hotel apartment. It is located in Kume Village in Naha where the Chinese people once lived. It is very close to Fuzhou Garden, Naminoue Palace, Naminoue Beach, Wensheng Temple, etc. It is worth staying."

"A great location, good value, and a comfortable bed. I slept well for 4 nights. However, although the room was spotless (clean floor etc) the bedcover was disgusting. It was covered with horrible greasy stains, probably from people eating sitting on the bed. The sheets underneath were perfectly clean, but who wants to lie in bed risking touching such a disgusting bedcover even just with their arms? Luckily it was warm, so I could take it off the bed and just used the sheet. There was also a depressing brown and dirty-looking cover on the old arm chair, so I didn’t sit in it. Why put effort into keeping the room clean and ruin it with these two disgusting (and depressing) brown covers?!"

"The environment is very good, there are washing machines, very good, in addition, there are refrigerators and microwave ovens, very convenient. The door key is needed when entering downstairs, which makes people feel safe. The only drawback is that no one cleans up every day and needs to change towels by themselves."

"The second stay, in addition to the room is slightly small and the lighting is not good, the overall is satisfactory, it is about ten minutes walk from the monorail and the bus terminal, there is a big supermarket diagonally opposite the hotel, less than ten minutes walk from Jing'an (Huchuan Store)"

The location was great, just a single train ride from the airport.
The breakfast was a great way to get to Okinawa, and it was great to be able to enjoy it leisurely in my room. (It was described as a light meal, but it was still delicious.)
The room was clean and comfortable, and it seems like the hotel offers car rentals as a service, so next time I'll definitely book a room with a rental car included.
There are so many items available for rental, so I was looking forward to being able to come empty-handed and have some privacy."

"The location of the accommodation is very good. It is in the train station and near Kokusai Dori street. You can walk to find food and amenities. You can get them from the lobby of the accommodation. There is a kitchen in the room, a microwave, a washing machine and a dryer. It is very convenient. The price is not expensive, only a little over a thousand per night. I think I will stay here again if I come back to Okinawa again. There is no parking. You have to park in a nearby parking lot, but it takes about 3-5 minutes to walk. The overnight parking fee from 9 pm to 8 am is 1,000 yen. After that, it is 200 yen per half hour. I like the water pressure very much."

"Yes, I have always been satisfied with the stores on this platform. I did my homework in advance, which saved me a lot of trouble! There is a subway and bus nearby, which is very convenient. KKWOK HUNGIt’s a spacious room for a family with 4 people. Several public parking points are surrounded the building. MaxValue are located with 3-5 mins walk. Some small restaurants are located nearby. It’s very convenient.
It will be better to have a folding table for breakfast and using computer/iPad, etc. It’s good to have washing and drying machines.

There are two convenience stores near the building for easy supplies. There are parking spaces for guests. You need to pay and reserve a parking space according to the instructions before check-in. GGuest UserThe hotel is almost perfect... It is located a few dozen meters from a small intersection on Kokusai-dori Avenue, which is convenient for travel and not too noisy.
The room is very clean and spacious, with a small dining table and a balcony. At first, I also looked at another hotel nearby, and the room there was very crowded.
It is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, which is very suitable for people who want to wash clothes every day! And only one set of clothes is needed to travel, which saves space in the suitcase.
The hotel staff is very warm and thoughtful. If you need disposable items, you can go to the front desk to get them. If you have to say what the hotel has any shortcomings, the staff does not seem to be on duty 24 hours a day. If they are not at the front desk, you can only contact them by phone. However, it may be because we left on the day of the Labor Day travel peak. When we checked out at 11 o'clock, the uncle at the front desk was there and helped us store our luggage, so we were able to have lunch and come back to pick it up easily. Thank you very much.
If I have the opportunity to come to Okinawa again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

A little distance from Monorail Haoqiao Station, but acceptable. There are also many convenience stores to buy things on the road.
When there is a problem with self-check-in, the staff at the far end actively assists in the check-in and feels very good.

GGuest UserFamily trip one night stay to be close to airport and depart next day. The lady checking us in was the best, courteous and very helpful. The gentleman checking us out was great and getting us a fast taxi. The remodeled room had everything we needed 2 good sized beds and even a clothes washer. Quiet for good rest. Table and refrigerator with microwave. No interruptions with Wifi and decently fast. Very close to convenience stores. Plenty of parking available. Very secure.

GGuest UserThe facilities are good, but the self-service check-in took some time (although the guest information had been registered before, it still needed to be re-entered on site, and the English address in Taiwan had to be entered). It was a bit troublesome for the elderly group to have no one to assist them.
In addition, we also had an embarrassing thing. Everyone took cold showers for two days and had no one to turn to for help. Later, we found out that the hot water had to be turned on the ”power button”... It was really hilarious 🤣, and we received no response to our emails for help

• Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience.
• Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay.
• Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay.
• Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car.
• Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
• Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.

• Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area.
• Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience.
• Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

When you open the curtains, you can see right into the apartment building across the street.
I wish they had lace curtains.
The front desk is only there at set times, so it is inconvenient if you ask me.
There are several parking spaces out front, so it's convenient if you make a reservation.
It's close to the airport, and you can just about walk to Kokusai-dori and other areas, so the location is good too.

There is a microwave oven and an electronic stove but no basic dishes, it feels impractical. In addition, since we stayed for five nights, should we give free parking to the tenants?
