"The twin room can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. The space is just right. The door is opened and the 28-inch luggage is more than enough. The room is very clean and tidy. The bathroom is just not too crowded. There is a bathtub for the kids to take a bath every day. The breakfast is super delicious. There are all kinds of special foods in Okinawa, and the taste will be changed. The staff is always patrolling and replenishing the dishes. The most important thing is that there are green vegetables to eat. The accommodation is first-class. You can go shopping every day. There are parking lots around that cost 400, 700, and 800 yuan for 12 hours. The parking locations are no more than 5 minutes' walk. If I come to Okinawa again, I will choose this accommodation again!"
"The hotel was generally clean and comfortable, with the added convenience of a 24-hour English-speaking receptionist. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic due to the small lobby space. There were only 2 automated check-in kiosks and 1 manual counter, which wasn’t sufficient to handle the crowd. During our check-in, the lobby was packed with guests waiting, making it feel cramped and disorganized.
We booked a standard triple room, which felt just barely adequate for two people. There was hardly any space to place our luggage comfortably. One major issue was the door stopper located in the middle of the walkway — it was quite hazardous, and I accidentally hit my foot on it several times during our stay. Bathroom is wet-dry separated. Bath tub included.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient. It's just a 1-minute walk to Miebashi Station, a 10-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, and about 5-minutes to several convenience stores. Parking is available for 1,500 yen per night, which is slightly above the average rate in the Naha area. Also worth noting: there is no microwave in the room. The only one available is located on Level 2, along with the laundry area, where washing costs range from 300 to 500 yen."

"Hotel Collective was hands down the best hotel during our stay in Okinawa! From start to finish, everything about this property exceeded our expectations.
The service attitude of the staff was truly outstanding. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel’s commitment to hospitality really stood out.
The rooms were super clean and spacious, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. It’s rare to find such well-maintained and generously sized accommodations, especially in such a convenient location.
Speaking of location, it was absolutely perfect for shopping, dining out, and sightseeing. Being right in the heart of Naha, we had easy access to Kokusai Street, local restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Everything we needed was just a short walk away.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa. Hotel Collective sets the bar high for comfort, service, and convenience!"
"The room was large and comfortable. But we were not allowed to use the 3rd bed, saying that only 2 adults were allowed in the room, and a child was not allowed a bed. Breakfast for the child was also paid. The hotel did not congratulate me on my birthday (and I had an anniversary, 50 years). The pool was very cold."
"It was very close to the station and Kokusai-dori, and there was a convenience store, so it was very convenient!
However, it was a shame that there was no view.
The breakfast was very delicious.
It was great that the drinks and salads were served as a buffet, and it was nice that the drinks were included for free."
"It's very cheap to live in a Japanese-style apartment at this price.
The location is acceptable. It is comfortable and clean inside. There are furnitures. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation between the upper and lower floors is poor. It can be done with public morality."
"The cleanliness, location, and services are great. It could be even better if there are more cutleries given such as plates, spoon and forks. The air conditioning swing is broken which I had to use a pen to keep it hold in place"
"I made a reservation for business trips, but Toyoko Inn was clean and simple, and I was able to take out, so I used it well throughout the day. Enroll in coin membership? I was recommended to check in early. I'm thinking about joining next time because it's a brand I use often anyway :-)"
"It is within walking distance from Matsuyama and I think it is within walking distance from Yui Rail Prefectural Office Station.
I think the room is very clean and the location is very good.
It was also very helpful to be able to park in front of the hotel at 100 yen a day (reservation required)!
The washing machine and kitchen space are large, so for long stays
I recommend it."

CC_PWe booked our stay here thinking that, for the hefty price tag, access to a lounge would be included as standard. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to learn that wasn’t the case. Had we known this upfront, we likely would have chosen a different, more affordable hotel *WITH* a lounge access. That said, the location is fantastic if you want to be right next to the action of Kokusaidori. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, which was a nice surprise. A highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff, who were exceptional. Breakfast was first class, with high-quality ingredients and a pastry selection that was probably the best we've had at a hotel in Japan. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of, adding to the overall positive experience during breakfast. Overall, while the price didn't quite meet our expectations, the excellent location, impressive facilities, and outstanding service—especially from the restaurant team—made the stay memorable.

GGuest UserWe stayed here 10 years ago and decided to stay here again on our 2nd trip to Okinawa. Its right next to the monorail which makes it convenient to travel without a car. Also theres a car rental right at the hotel which makes pick up and drop off super convenient too! The nearby park is only 5 minutes away and its very lovely. Price is very reasonable, space is quite spacious (can open up my 2 check in luggage) I would stay here again the next time I visit Okinawa.

AAnonymous UserStayed 3 nights here and the rooms were clean and they provided amenities for you to go to the onsen. Room cleaning was provided at a charge so we did not take it up. Location is near naha bus terminal which we use as landmark when getting a taxi. Near donki and opa which has some shopping within the mall. Breakfast is delicious but i had to forfeit my last day’s breakfast to catch an early flight. Tried to communicate with the staff to ask if I could pack some bread to go but the staff did not understand me well so i didn’t pursue my request further :(

DDinoExplorerConveniently located close to the red light district and walking streets. Just a short drive to the airport and Itoman area.
If you are driving anything but a K-Car , you will find it difficult to find a parking spot nearby. It doesn’t help when anything taller than a Mazda CX-30 doesn’t fit inside the hotel parking lot. So if you’re on a road trip and need to stay around this hotel, choose your car carefully.
For a Japanese hotel, the customer service is definitely lacklustre. I’m happy with self check in, but when the machine doesn’t work it’s not very welcoming when the disgruntled staff are don’t feel happy to help.
The swimming pool looks amazing , but in both mornings I was there, they opened the door 15mins late. If you like a morning swim and expect a pool to be open at 7am before heading out, this is not the place for you.

KkmendozaPros: staff is so friendly and kind, it’s a great location on Kokusai-dori (near both monorail and a bus stop), and it really is kept quite clean
Cons: loud and cold. I would have left, but I knew they wouldn’t give me a refund
ZERO soundproofing! There’s all these rules telling us “no calls, keep quiet” but you can hear everyone slamming doors in the hallway and using the hair drier and washing machines at night. There was also so much noise from the street, whether it was parties at night or children screaming during the day. I was up until 3 at night because of people both inside and outside. The walls are also so thin, I could actually hear snoring from the room next to me. Why are there all these rules about sound, yet it’s still so loud?! They tell us, “please keep calls to the common area” but the common area’s window is also right on the street, so I had to take a work call with sirens screaming through the area.
The room was also freezing. It was 17-20 degrees outside most days, and even in the hallway the temperature was fine. But in my room, it felt like it was 12. I had to pay to rent extra pajamas from them because it was so cold at night. And there was constantly a breeze coming from somewhere in my room! But because there’s no individually controlled AC, there was nothing I could do. I could feel myself getting sick here

GGuest UserThe room is just a family of 3 people, 2 single beds are used together, the child is 4 years old, and the older child is estimated that the bed is not enough. It is recommended to set some big beds in the room. My husband is thin and I am fat. Just enough to squeeze together, if the father of 2 is large, it is not enough. I forgot to take pictures inside the room. These are the photos of the exterior of the building. The entrance and the elevator are there. There is a self-service computer screen for check-in at the door. The language has Chinese choices. The operation is simple. You can check in by entering the check-in number. When you leave, you will also check out. The check-in number will be sent to the email, just check it yourself
