"It's just a weird stay. Overall good, but the service especially is inconsistent - the younger staff had the worst Gen Z stare I've ever come across (coming from a Gen Z myself), just stared blankly at customers with no greetings, and overall seemed very confused on what they needed to do. I think they needed some training. The older staff on the other hand are quite nice and efficient. Also confused on the amenities provided - stayed for 4 nights; the first 2 nights had no water in room so I just bought from the hotel's own vending machine - but on the 3rd night they started providing bottled water in room. This goes back to the untrained front desk staff - they gave no explanation on what's provided and what's not. This overall limbo and confusion lasts until check out - when I handed the room key back they just stood like O_O. Nothing said - not ”ok, check out done” or even ”finish”. I had to be the one to ask - so is that all? No other charges? Please please train your front desk. (Also didn't manage to take any particular in room photo - nothing too memorable from the stay)"

B/C HOTEL NAHA Hotel with rental car is centrally located in Naha, a 5-minute walk from Naha Cruise Terminal and 11 minutes by foot from Kokusai Dori. This family-friendly apartment is 1.5 mi (2.4 km) from Tomari Port and 2.4 mi (3.9 km) from DFS Galleria Okinawa. The newly opened 'Junglia' is also located just a 1 hour and 30 minute drive away. Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as bicycles to rent or make use of other amenities including a vending machine. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and an elevator. Make yourself at home in one of the 40 air-conditioned rooms featuring refrigerators and microwaves. 32-inch LCD televisions with cable programming provide entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Private bathrooms with bathtubs or showers feature complimentary toiletries and bidets. Conveniences include safes and complimentary bottled water.

"The self-check-in process was a bit too smart for its own good, causing some minor issues. Just remember to carefully read your booking confirmation. It feels like a hands-off approach to management, but it's not necessarily bad. The room was spacious, and the amenities were very comprehensive. It's close to two decent-sized supermarkets, making it super convenient for cooking. The air conditioning was incredibly cold, and the toiletries were all branded, showing the host's thoughtful touches. The only downsides are the lack of parking and its distance from various attractions. The closest, Naminoue-gu Shrine (via Asahibashi Station), is almost a kilometer's walk, and Kokusai Street is even further. The cleanliness of the room also heavily depends on the previous guest. The overall tidiness wasn't great, but if you're willing to do a bit of tidying yourself, it's not a big deal."

"The hotel is right next to Kokusai Street, and there's a Family Mart downstairs. They change towels daily, and the rooms offer a private space. The shower rooms require a code to enter, which feels very secure. There's a washing machine for 300 Yen and a dryer for 100 Yen for 30 minutes. Laundry detergent costs 50 Yen per pod. The soundproofing isn't great, but for the price, having a private space is well worth it. There are separate male and female toilets on each floor."

we were so pleased with the rooms after we stayed at Mr Kinjo in Onna. Their rooms were equipped with washer and dryer. The hotel is so new and clean. The wives were amazed by the dressing table with lighted mirrors. The kitchen even equipped with utensils and cutlery and everything was so clean. Location was also excellent. The owner was super friendly and gave us coupons for the parking. some suggestions: we were only provided with one set of keys so the 2nd person couldn't even go into the building without password or key to the gate.Holder of Shower sprinkler was not near the bath tub but away on the other side, not sure if this is JP standard. Rest was impeccable!!! in conclusion, we will come back again.

The staff were really nice. Even though there was a language barrier with the lady downstairs, she was very patient and used a translation app to communicate with us. However, the app wasn't very accurate. When we went upstairs to check in, it turned out there was a ********* person at the front desk, which was great. Still, we had to wait quite a while to check in, even though there was no one else at the desk at the time. The room was pretty spacious, and everything else was fine. The location is also quite convenient, and the restaurant downstairs is good. After checking in, it was past 3 PM, so we went downstairs to eat. The server asked if we wanted the restaurant or cafe. When she gave us the menu, we realized we only had about five or six minutes before lunch orders closed, but they still took our order! The set meal and the beef rice bowl were both really delicious. Definitely worth trying if you're staying here.

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete. The room isn't large, but it's well-equipped. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is generally good in Japanese hotels. Area: It's about a ten-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, along the river. Taxis are easily available, and there's a convenience store downstairs. Service: The service is hard to describe. I arrived from another hotel that day and checked in late, and the hotel didn't contact me in advance. I called at 7 PM and was told I'd check in around 8 PM, but luckily I made it before the front desk closed. I couldn't understand a word of English, and even with the translator, I couldn't make a single sentence. The courier gave me the code for the self-service key locker, and I tried desperately to memorize it. However, upon arriving at the hotel, there was a door that required a key. The number at the front desk couldn't be reached, so I contacted Ctrip. Haha, I figured it out on my own. About twenty minutes later, an elderly couple arrived, and we all got in. I tried the codes for about ten key lockers one by one, but luckily, I got through to door 5. The key was very old, connected to the main power switch for each room. If someone goes downstairs to buy something, the person staying in the room will have to turn off the power in the dark... If they don't have their keys, they can just enter the building. You say it's safe, and it's quite safe... but it's not very convenient. For value, forget the bike.

The hotel itself is okay, and the rooms are decent, but the annex building is inconvenient and feels almost desolate. You’re told to walk two streets away to a separate building with only a tiny map — it feels strange. The annex is rarely staffed, offers minimal amenities (towels only, house cleaning every four days), and anything else, like slippers or cotton swabs, comes from a paid vending machine. The bigger problem is the location: the annex is right next to bars, clubs, restaurants, and even barbecue spots, so it’s quite noisy at night. Even as a heavy sleeper, I was frequently woken, making it hard to get proper rest. Budget travelers may see this as cheap, but if you’re relying on buses and trying to save money, you’ll already be tired from traveling. It’s better to stay a little further from the nightlife to actually get a proper night’s sleep. Staff are polite, but policies, location, and lack of included amenities make it hard to recommend unless you just need a very basic place to sleep.

The hotel is located in the city center, right next to a sports stadium. The elevated highway nearby can be a bit noisy due to heavy traffic. The hotel has its own parking, but the fee is a bit expensive at 1500 JPY per day. Overall, it offers medium value for money.

I stayed here with 6 friends on a trip. It was very clean, and the room was spacious, which was great. However, checking in was difficult and getting into the room was a real hassle. I didn't know the password and had to call multiple times. The room itself was good, so I think it would be even better if that check-in process could be improved.

This capsule hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Makishi Station, located within a shopping arcade, so you don't have to worry about rain. I stayed in a female 'b' room on the 4th floor, which is a women's-only floor with an elevator. The makeup and washroom area has hair dryers, and the environment is comfortable and clean. The bed is on the upper level, and the slanted ladder takes up some room space, making it a bit difficult to open luggage. You can push your luggage into a small room, and there's a locker with a password lock that can fit a 28-inch suitcase. The small room itself doesn't have a lock. There are three shower rooms and three toilets, and I never had to wait to shower at night or use the toilet in the morning. However, the shower rooms are quite cramped. The biggest problem was during my 4-night stay, the first 3 nights I had inconsiderate guests in the adjacent room. The partition between every two small rooms in this hotel is open at the top (I was in 415, and the next room was 406). I checked in on April 22nd and was woken up by loud noises from the adjacent room in the early morning for three consecutive nights (even though I was sleeping with headphones and music on). The 1st night: April 23rd, 12-1:30 am. The 2nd night: April 24th, 2-2:30 am. The 3rd night: April 25th, 5:30 am – all involved loud noises. Moreover, from the night of April 24th until 5:30 am on April 25th, the overhead light in the adjacent room was left on. The guest must not have returned and didn't turn off the light, and the light shone directly onto my bed. Even with a curtain, light still seeped into my bed, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep until she made a loud noise that woke me up at 5:30 am. After enduring two nights of disturbances, I complained to the staff on duty on the evening of April 24th, but received no response or solution. They said they couldn't enter the room to turn off the light, nor could they tell her that she was disturbing others. I have stayed in many capsule hotels and youth hostels, and in every one, the management reminds guests to minimize noise at night to avoid disturbing others, and they also post notices. Since their toilets have an automatic light-off system, why don't the room's overhead lights have a similar system to prevent guests from leaving them on and disturbing others? Also, why is the top of the partition between every two small rooms open? While opening the room to the corridor might be for air conditioning, opening room to room is a completely flawed design. They should add back partitions or curtains to minimize disturbance to others. This hotel completely neglects its guests, indulging them even if they disturb others. The room design also hasn't improved, significantly impacting the guest experience.

The hotel itself is very clean and has a wide range of amenities. You can have your towels replaced with new ones every day. There is a supermarket nearby that is frequented by locals, and the prepared foods there are cheap and delicious. You have to walk a little from the bus stop, so I wouldn't say the location is very good, but there is a parking lot at the hotel and a car parking lot nearby, so it's even better if you have a car.

Although the location is in a weathered area, it does not affect safety at all. On the contrary, it is very lively. The room is quite adequate and there is a dryer. The room design is good. You can watch TV while taking a bath. The only thing you should pay attention to is Yes, it is a self-service check-in. There are two tablet computers at the small door after entering the entrance. Please note that they do not have a counter. Don't go to the restaurant at the entrance to ask, they will not be happy.
