"Stayed there for 3 night and it was very comfortable and convenient (i'm not easy on hotels). Every day had room-cleaning. Size of the room is common for Japan, won't make accent on it. Everything was very smooth and calm, lovely fresh atmosphere. Space and hotel itself is not very big but very presentable and pleasant.

"The hotel is clean and located in a quiet residential area. Since it's a collection of studio apartments, the soundproofing is much better than typical hotels, and the price is reasonable. Each room has a small kitchen (though we didn't use ours as we ate out) and a washer/dryer. For us, who sweat easily (Okinawa's weather is quite hot), this was incredibly helpful as it prevented our luggage from smelling like sweat by the time we packed."

GGuest Userwe were so pleased with the rooms after we stayed at Mr Kinjo in Onna.
Their rooms were equipped with washer and dryer. The hotel is so new and clean. The wives were amazed by the dressing table with lighted mirrors. The kitchen even equipped with utensils and cutlery and everything was so clean. Location was also excellent. The owner was super friendly and gave us coupons for the parking.
some suggestions: we were only provided with one set of keys so the 2nd person couldn't even go into the building without password or key to the gate.Holder of Shower sprinkler was not near the bath tub but away on the other side, not sure if this is JP standard. Rest was impeccable!!!
in conclusion, we will come back again.

DDa7xiao7Facilities: The facilities are quite complete. The room isn't large, but it's well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness is generally good in Japanese hotels.
Area: It's about a ten-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, along the river. Taxis are easily available, and there's a convenience store downstairs.
Service: The service is hard to describe. I arrived from another hotel that day and checked in late, and the hotel didn't contact me in advance. I called at 7 PM and was told I'd check in around 8 PM, but luckily I made it before the front desk closed. I couldn't understand a word of English, and even with the translator, I couldn't make a single sentence. The courier gave me the code for the self-service key locker, and I tried desperately to memorize it. However, upon arriving at the hotel, there was a door that required a key. The number at the front desk couldn't be reached, so I contacted Ctrip. Haha, I figured it out on my own. About twenty minutes later, an elderly couple arrived, and we all got in. I tried the codes for about ten key lockers one by one, but luckily, I got through to door 5.
The key was very old, connected to the main power switch for each room. If someone goes downstairs to buy something, the person staying in the room will have to turn off the power in the dark... If they don't have their keys, they can just enter the building.
You say it's safe, and it's quite safe... but it's not very convenient. For value, forget the bike.

Llauyi_travelThis hotel is located at the end of Kokusai Street, just a 1-minute walk from Makishi Station, which is incredibly convenient. The ground floor of the hotel smells wonderful, making for a very pleasant first impression. The check-in counter is on the second floor; you just take the elevator up. The lobby offers free beverages and coffee. While you can't eat in your room, there's a spacious lounge area in front of the counter where you can dine, with plenty of tables. The rooms are single occupancy and generally quiet at night, though some guests tend to close their doors loudly, which can be noticeable. Each room also has a TV, but with volume restrictions, so you won't hear sound bleeding from other rooms. Overall, I would personally stay here again.

DDr.p3pp3rThe hotel itself is okay, and the rooms are decent, but the annex building is inconvenient and feels almost desolate. You’re told to walk two streets away to a separate building with only a tiny map — it feels strange. The annex is rarely staffed, offers minimal amenities (towels only, house cleaning every four days), and anything else, like slippers or cotton swabs, comes from a paid vending machine.
The bigger problem is the location: the annex is right next to bars, clubs, restaurants, and even barbecue spots, so it’s quite noisy at night. Even as a heavy sleeper, I was frequently woken, making it hard to get proper rest.
Budget travelers may see this as cheap, but if you’re relying on buses and trying to save money, you’ll already be tired from traveling. It’s better to stay a little further from the nightlife to actually get a proper night’s sleep. Staff are polite, but policies, location, and lack of included amenities make it hard to recommend unless you just need a very basic place to sleep.

TthesiaoonetravelsHotel is located in the more residential part of the city in Asahibashi - it is about 8-10 mins walk from the monorail, which is fine if you aren't carrying large suitcases or if the weather holds up.
Still, the hotel has a 7-11 conveniently located opposite it, and a Lawson (+ another 7-11) less than 2 minutes away.
I stayed in the new wing, where the check-in desks and lobby workspace is located. If you can, get the breakfast with your stay - they offer a selection of Okinawan dishes for breakfast.

GGuest UserCheck-in is a mess! It's a self check-in system and there's no staff around. The main door is locked and requires a pass code to unlock. We never recieve the passcode hence we couldn't go in. We tried to call the customer service number on the door but the customer service told me they no longer work with this establishment and gave me another number to contact. I called the other number and the person has no clue about this hotel! They tried to give me yet another number to contact! Thankfully we were able to enter the lobby when someone left the building. When using the self check in system, we found out the booking number we had were incorrect. There is a customer service option on the system which did help us to reach a human being who actually knows something. The customer service agent helped us to check in.
Another frustrating thing is that they don't have cleaning service or even new towels for booking less than 4 nights. This was not communicated to us when booking. It says amenities provided!
The location is nice, the rooms are clean but I will not stay here again just because the whole nightmare at check-in.

GGuest UserI booked a single room for women on the fourth floor, which has its own female-only bathroom. Other floors are mixed-gender, and showering requires going to the main public bath.
On my first night, a male staff member at the front desk assigned me a room on the second floor. Unfortunately, the area around my room was predominantly male, making it very awkward to come and go or use the restroom. I spent the entire night listening to coughing, as the soundproofing wasn't great, and the room felt stuffy even in winter.
The next day, a female staff member was on duty. After asking her to move me to a female-only room, my sleep quality and bathing experience improved significantly.
The room had a mini-fridge, but it wasn't very cold. The wardrobe had a number lock for securing luggage.
For vegetarians, this location is very convenient, with at least two vegetarian restaurants within a 3-minute walk.

You have to walk a little from the bus stop, so

so it's even better if you have a car.

The room is small, but the space is fully utilized. The bathtub, shower, laundry, dryer, and bathroom are separated... The circulation is appropriate and the planning is great.
