AAlyseChukzThe environment, location, and design are all pretty good. The only downside is that the pillows in the room aren't very comfortable. There's a shopping mall, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, so it's quite convenient. It's also not too far from the train station; you can get there directly by taking the overhead bridge. The large public bath requires going nude, which I couldn't bring myself to do, so I didn't go.

AAnonymous UserWe booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant to use. There were also many free disposable toiletries available for self-service in the lobby, which was very convenient. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as long as we put the blue sign outside our door before 10 AM. The hotel's location is close to the tram station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

LLinyinaiFacilities: Hyatt's facilities are unbeatable, and the size is quite large for Japan. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't change much over three days, but the food itself was delicious. The swimming pool is small, but better than nothing. The hot water temperature wasn't very stable at night, fluctuating quite a bit. And for some reason, the toilet lid kept falling down and hitting me. Other than that, everything else was fine. Service: Couldn't be better. Every time we arrived by taxi, the trunk was opened before we even got out, and they'd even help us check if we'd left anything in the seat 😂. All the staff spoke excellent English. Location: It's about 1600 JPY by taxi to the airport and around 5000 JPY to American Village. Kokusai Dori is a one-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters from the entrance. The pottery street across the road is fun to browse and shop. However, it's quite a distance from the port, the bus terminal, and Naminoue Shrine. I'd recommend staying closer to the bus terminal area. Kokusai Dori is a bit of a tourist trap for food, and there's not much else to see or do there.

MMin Jong LeeLocation The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

AAnonymous User「A hotel perfect for solo adult travelers looking to recharge in peace.」 It’s not flashy, but it's high-quality and incredibly relaxing. It strikes the perfect balance between a business hotel and a luxury one. ✴︎ What I loved: ① The incredibly calming atmosphere * The room design is simple and refined. * The soft lighting creates a wonderful relaxing ambiance at night. * Even alone, it doesn't feel lonely; it's perfect for focusing on ”me time.” ② Excellent location * Easily accessible from Yui Rail Naha Airport. * Kokusai Street is within walking distance, making it ideal for a casual stroll out at night. * Suitable for both leisure and business trips. ③ Sophisticated hotel vibe * Quiet and comfortable. * Being able to gaze at the night view and simply unwind was, subtly, the best part. * You don't feel out of place even when traveling solo.

VVCHRThe room here was average-sized but comfortable enough to fit a few large luggage and still have decent walkable space. I was lucky enough to be placed right beside the vending machine and ice making machine. The vending machine worked well and had no problems of running out of change or drinks. The bathroom was okay, although a bit narrow it had a bathtub and had all the essentials. We were also provided coffee/tea pods for the provided capsule machine. The cleanliness was okay as it did have some stains on the bathtub corners but that’s usually the case in most hotel bathtubs. Overall, it was what you would expect from a well-known chain and it does its job when it comes to the price point it is at. The staff was good and there was also a self-service welcome drink corner providing the local Okinawan coral roast.

SSidarius McDonaldI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived, and the check‑in process was smooth and quick. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful and inviting. GGuest UserWhile the room is not big, it is still nice and clean. Best part of the hotel personally was the lounge. Free flow drinks (beer, sale, wine), small bites, snacks and even blue seal ice cream. Hotel entrance is at the back though, and do not expect a grand foyer, just a door for people. Parking is directly behind the hotel, in public space. We picked the 800 yen per day one. Another perk of this hotel is it’s near the ferry port, great if you wish to visit zamami or tokashiki etc!.

SStanley TeaI stayed at Hotel Androoms Naha Port on 15 April 2026. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and the location is good. However, I had a very bad experience due to the hotel’s parking management. During check-in, I clearly informed the front desk that I had a car and pointed out where I parked (behind the hotel). The staff confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area. Shortly after going to my room, the same staff knocked on my door and asked me to come down, saying I might have parked in someone else’s lot. Only after calling me down did they then ask for my car plate number, meaning they had not even confirmed whether the car belonged to me before approaching me. It turned out I was directed to park in a private lot. I immediately apologized to the owner and was ready to move my car, but I was told I needed to pay a ¥30,000 penalty. The signage was extremely unclear, poorly lit, and partially blocked, making it impossible to see at night. More importantly, this situation was caused by incorrect information given by the hotel staff. The parking lot owner told me this was the 8th time this has happened with hotel guests, which shows this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. The situation remained unresolved for nearly 1 hour. As no agreement was reached, the hotel decided to call the police to handle the matter. After police intervention and discussions with all parties, the hotel eventually paid ¥30,000 to the parking lot owner, and the matter was resolved after almost 2 hours. Despite all this, there was no apology or service recovery, and I was still charged the parking fee. This was a simple issue that could have been prevented with clear signage or proper staff training, but it escalated unnecessarily and caused significant stress on the last night of my trip. Overall, the room is good, but due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you are driving.

NNiaoeraichichongThe nearest bus stop is one stop away from Naha Airport, a 7-8 minute walk from there. Kokusai-dori Station on the Yui Rail Line is a little over a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but within walking distance of Naminoue Shrine and Kokusai Dori. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is better than most hotels in Japan. Definitely book a twin room on the 11th floor for quietness and a good view. Breakfast is just okay, but using the room card coupon for the buffet restaurant on the first floor is a good deal, starting at 11:30 AM – highly recommended. For under 300, it's a no-brainer.
