This hotel is located at the end of Kokusai Street, just a 1-minute walk from Makishi Station, which is incredibly convenient. The ground floor of the hotel smells wonderful, making for a very pleasant first impression. The check-in counter is on the second floor; you just take the elevator up. The lobby offers free beverages and coffee. While you can't eat in your room, there's a spacious lounge area in front of the counter where you can dine, with plenty of tables. The rooms are single occupancy and generally quiet at night, though some guests tend to close their doors loudly, which can be noticeable. Each room also has a TV, but with volume restrictions, so you won't hear sound bleeding from other rooms. Overall, I would personally stay here again.

We arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about. However, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise. What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary. After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had. Just sharing our experience.

The hotel is located in the city center, right next to a sports stadium. The elevated highway nearby can be a bit noisy due to heavy traffic. The hotel has its own parking, but the fee is a bit expensive at 1500 JPY per day. Overall, it offers medium value for money.

Review of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience. • Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay. • Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. • Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car. • Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. • Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals. • Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area. • Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience. • Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

The hotel itself is very clean and has a wide range of amenities. You can have your towels replaced with new ones every day. There is a supermarket nearby that is frequented by locals, and the prepared foods there are cheap and delicious. You have to walk a little from the bus stop, so I wouldn't say the location is very good, but there is a parking lot at the hotel and a car parking lot nearby, so it's even better if you have a car.

Right by Makishi Station, there's a convenience store and the hotel. It's at one end of Kokusai Dori and also close to Asato Station (which has lots of highly-rated restaurants). The room clearly prioritizes value for money; it's not particularly comfortable or aesthetically pleasing. However, the bathroom is quite spacious for this price point, which is a plus. If you're out exploring all day and just need a place to crash at night, this hotel is a good fit.

The hotel is just one stop away from Naha Airport (TK2) and a 7-8 minute walk. Be warned, there's a big hill, so it can be a bit challenging with luggage, but fine if it's not raining. The closest Yui Rail station is Kenchō-mae, about an 11-minute walk. The 3rd floor is the smoking floor, with all other floors being non-smoking. If you book late, you might only get a smoking room. I stayed in rooms 1113 and 435 – 11th floor definitely offers better views and is quieter, so I recommend booking there. I didn't think the breakfast was worth it; the buffet lunch, which starts at 11:30 AM, is better value and tastier. There's no welcome drink in the lobby, nor a public bath or hot spring. They do offer free luggage storage. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is a better schedule than traditional Japanese hotels – highly recommend! The reception and hotel are in separate locations. Parking spaces must be reserved in advance; otherwise, the hotel has a paid parking lot. No distilled water is available. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Extra time will incur a fee of ¥1000 per hour.

The curtain on the transparent window in the bathroom was broken, making it awkward to take a shower, and there was no customer service to help. The room is small, but the space is fully utilized. The bathtub, shower, laundry, dryer, and bathroom are separated... The circulation is appropriate and the planning is great.

Very beautiful room and I was able to spend comfortably. I was glad to have a washing machine. There are various restaurants around, and the tomari is close. I recommend going to a remote island! I want to use it again! ! !
