"The room is small and a bit old. The hygiene needs to be improved. There is no free parking lot. The location is very convenient for shopping on International Street.
It is a family-friendly hotel. It provides many children's supplies, a game area in the lobby, and many free rental services. It is especially pampering for women. You can choose exclusive shampoo, in case guests are not used to sleeping, and you can also choose pillows.
When I checked in on the same day, the front desk staff gave me the room card. After registering, the service staff didn't know where to take the room card. In the end, they only gave me a spare room card to use. When I checked out the next day, I had to explain my check-in on the same day. I only got one room card at the time, which resulted in a long wait for check-in and check-out."

LLinyinaiFacilities: Hyatt's facilities are unbeatable, and the size is quite large for Japan. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't change much over three days, but the food itself was delicious. The swimming pool is small, but better than nothing. The hot water temperature wasn't very stable at night, fluctuating quite a bit. And for some reason, the toilet lid kept falling down and hitting me. Other than that, everything else was fine.
Service: Couldn't be better. Every time we arrived by taxi, the trunk was opened before we even got out, and they'd even help us check if we'd left anything in the seat 😂. All the staff spoke excellent English.
Location: It's about 1600 JPY by taxi to the airport and around 5000 JPY to American Village. Kokusai Dori is a one-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters from the entrance. The pottery street across the road is fun to browse and shop. However, it's quite a distance from the port, the bus terminal, and Naminoue Shrine. I'd recommend staying closer to the bus terminal area. Kokusai Dori is a bit of a tourist trap for food, and there's not much else to see or do there.

KKas1Hotel Strata Naha in Okinawa impresses with its nicely designed building, comfortable twin rooms, and large balconies.
However, the overall experience falls short.
The internet is fast when it works, but the signal is patchy.
The breakfast spread is high quality, yet the coffee offered is disappointingly poor in taste.
The smart TV never worked despite complaints, with no standard TV channels available.
Additionally, light cleaning service the next day upon arrival didn’t include making the beds, which felt lacking.
The ladies at the reception would benefit of English language training.
Overall, the stay was good but needs improvement in these small yet important details to live up to its potential

燊燊哥The hotel is located bear the heart of 國際通屋台村（夜市） 3 Chome-11-17 Makishi, Naha with 10 minutes walk only and it is surrounded by many Japanese restaurants and the Family Mart and 7-11 convenient stores are just next to the hotel. The hotel staff are nice and helpful and being extremely polite. The hotel breakfast is a classic Japanese breakfast. It is very delicious and feeling great to be well treated.

DdezmThis hotel is located in the most bustling part of Kokusai Street, less than a ten-minute walk from Makishi Station. Kokusai Street is right outside the hotel, and there are three convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart) all within 100 meters. For a Japanese hotel, the room isn't small at all; it's more than enough space for one person, and probably just right for two. The front desk staff is quite responsible. There's an outdoor pool, which I'd heard was closed in December, but I actually saw people swimming. There's also a hot tub on the second floor, similar to hotels I've seen in Hokkaido. Overall, it's a good place, and I'd consider staying here again next time.

The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants.
Service Issues
• Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway.
• Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive.

CcheerjadeupOverall, it's a pretty standard place, though the rooms are quite spacious compared to other options in the city. The chair at the vanity is a thoughtful touch. It's quite close to Kokusai Dori, but there isn't much else around. The hotel has two main entrances, which can make it confusing for taxis, as they might drop you off at the wrong one – a particular hassle if you're carrying luggage. There are several restaurants within the hotel, and for breakfast, the Japanese options are definitely tastier than the Western ones.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super convenient! It's just a 5-minute walk straight from the West Exit of Asahibashi Monorail Station, and there are two convenience stores within a minute's walk. The hotel itself is brand new and spotless. They don't clean the rooms for the first three days, but you just leave your trash and used towels outside your door, and the staff will hang fresh towels in a reusable bag on your doorknob. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was good too.

SStanley TeaI stayed at Hotel Androoms Naha Port on 15 April 2026. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and the location is good.
However, I had a very bad experience due to the hotel’s parking management.
During check-in, I clearly informed the front desk that I had a car and pointed out where I parked (behind the hotel). The staff confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area.
Shortly after going to my room, the same staff knocked on my door and asked me to come down, saying I might have parked in someone else’s lot. Only after calling me down did they then ask for my car plate number, meaning they had not even confirmed whether the car belonged to me before approaching me.
It turned out I was directed to park in a private lot. I immediately apologized to the owner and was ready to move my car, but I was told I needed to pay a ¥30,000 penalty.
The signage was extremely unclear, poorly lit, and partially blocked, making it impossible to see at night. More importantly, this situation was caused by incorrect information given by the hotel staff.
The parking lot owner told me this was the 8th time this has happened with hotel guests, which shows this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved.
The situation remained unresolved for nearly 1 hour. As no agreement was reached, the hotel decided to call the police to handle the matter.
After police intervention and discussions with all parties, the hotel eventually paid ¥30,000 to the parking lot owner, and the matter was resolved after almost 2 hours.
Despite all this, there was no apology or service recovery, and I was still charged the parking fee.
This was a simple issue that could have been prevented with clear signage or proper staff training, but it escalated unnecessarily and caused significant stress on the last night of my trip.
Overall, the room is good, but due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you are driving.

YYuanzuoyitiaoredaiyuOkinawa is truly a fantastic travel destination, and this hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Kokusai Dori (International Street), and you can continue walking from there to Naminoue Shrine and the sunset beach. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the breakfast – it's incredibly rich and diverse! They have freshly grilled burgers, various Japanese dishes, and even a make-your-own noodle station which was delicious. My room on a lower floor didn't have a window, which felt a bit confining, but my room on the sixth floor had an open and spacious view. There's a large banyan tree with a historic feel right outside the entrance. You can also find some really good omurice and izakayas in the surrounding area.

Firstly my checkin where the gentleman was extremely helpful booking my spa treatments and he was lovely with my check out.
My Spa experience was the highlight of my Okinawa visit. Rina and Azusa are professional spectacular therapists for massage and facials. 🙏🏽
