"Great stay at this Hotel ocean. Kids friendly, located by the main street and just a few mins walk to the walking street. 5 mins walk to the monorail.Very convenient. Great pool for kids. Not too deep, even four years old kid can stand and play with confidence. The pool offer free Floats eg donuts, mats, etc. There are 2 coins operated washing/drying machines. And so many stuff you can just take to use eg extra chairs, small fans, camping lights etc like in the pics I posted. Also there are selections of pillows to choose for your own comfort, so much selections of shampoos, baby’s soap to choose by yourself. 24 hrs drinks/tea/coffee. Play area for your kids. And some activities for your kids to do. The staff are helpful and always there for you. Even when I was there late night chitchat in common area. The room we had was family room for 4. Cozy and enough space for our bags. Overall. We had a great experience. Thank you."

SSal TanThis is a perfect hotel. close enough to the shopping main street but away from the noise and mess. Good spread of hotel breakfast and very good service through out. You can try the Bar at level 18, the night view is wonderful!

KKas1Hotel Strata Naha in Okinawa impresses with its nicely designed building, comfortable twin rooms, and large balconies. However, the overall experience falls short. The internet is fast when it works, but the signal is patchy. The breakfast spread is high quality, yet the coffee offered is disappointingly poor in taste. The smart TV never worked despite complaints, with no standard TV channels available. Additionally, light cleaning service the next day upon arrival didn’t include making the beds, which felt lacking. The ladies at the reception would benefit of English language training. Overall, the stay was good but needs improvement in these small yet important details to live up to its potential

TTsui NGA KIExtremely clean and tidy. The room is very large and spacious for Japan. The surroundings are incredibly convenient, with Lawson, 7-Eleven, and other convenience stores right downstairs. It's also very close to day tour meeting points and Kokusai-dori, and about a 16-minute walk to the pier (for glass-bottom boats/whale watching tours). Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThis property is BEAUTIFUL. I loved every part of our stay. The room was so spacious with thoughtful amenities, the public baths and pool area felt very luxurious and clean, and the location is hard to beat in Naha. The staff are all very kind and thoughtful, many spoke English but even those who didn't were extremely patient with my little Japanese. I would like specifically thank Santosh from the front desk staff. We ran into an issue with our baggage getting delivered in time before our departure to our country and if it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have had a hope of ever seeing that luggage again. His compassion and willingness to help us clueless tourists navigate our options and prepare our luggage for delivery will be remembered for a long time. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends traveling to Naha!

MMin Jong LeeLocation The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

RRuimubahepulaisigebuweierlianpoFood: Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options. Personally, I preferred the Japanese choices, as the Western selection was a bit limited. Both of the hotel's on-site restaurants were decent, especially the Spanish one, which served delicious food at reasonable prices. Stay: The room was very clean and tidy. Although the hotel felt a bit dated, the facilities were comprehensive. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy. Location: The location was incredibly convenient for getting around. It's very close to Kokusai Dori, supermarkets, and shopping malls, making it easy to pop out for a drink at an izakaya in the evening.

VvvvankoSticking to my principle of 'new over old,' I ultimately chose this hotel in the city center. 'The Nest,' newly opened in 2025, cost only 1700+ for 3 nights during the off-peak season – incredible value for money! 📍 **Location** It's about an 18-minute walk to Kokusai Dori, and roughly a 5-minute walk to Asahibashi monorail station. Naha Bus Terminal is about a 10-minute walk away. The transportation is very convenient, which is a huge plus for us since we couldn't drive. 🛌 **Room Amenities** We booked a triple room. One of the beds was a sofa bed, allowing two adults and one child to sleep undisturbed. The bathroom had a three-way separation design with a shower area – it was my first time staying in a Japanese hotel without a bathtub! 😂 The room's downsides were, firstly, no wardrobe, just a hanging rack, and secondly, only a small coffee table, so storage space was very limited. 🏊 **Hotel Facilities** There's an open-air swimming pool on the hotel's top floor, with drinks offered at specific times. It was too cold for us to try it out, but it seems many people choose this hotel specifically for the pool. 🧩 **Nearby Facilities** There are three convenience stores nearby – Lawson and 7-Eleven – making it very convenient to stock up on snacks. The famous Jack's Steak House is also in the vicinity. 📝 **Other Notes** When checking in, they provided amenities for children (toothbrush, toothpaste, and a scrubbing sponge 🧽). We stayed for three nights in total, and housekeeping services were not provided for those three nights. Every day before heading out, we'd leave our trash and used towels outside our door for collection. When we returned, fresh towels and water would be waiting for us at the door.

SStanley TeaI stayed at Hotel Androoms Naha Port on 15 April 2026. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and the location is good. However, I had a very bad experience due to the hotel’s parking management. During check-in, I clearly informed the front desk that I had a car and pointed out where I parked (behind the hotel). The staff confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area. Shortly after going to my room, the same staff knocked on my door and asked me to come down, saying I might have parked in someone else’s lot. Only after calling me down did they then ask for my car plate number, meaning they had not even confirmed whether the car belonged to me before approaching me. It turned out I was directed to park in a private lot. I immediately apologized to the owner and was ready to move my car, but I was told I needed to pay a ¥30,000 penalty. The signage was extremely unclear, poorly lit, and partially blocked, making it impossible to see at night. More importantly, this situation was caused by incorrect information given by the hotel staff. The parking lot owner told me this was the 8th time this has happened with hotel guests, which shows this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. The situation remained unresolved for nearly 1 hour. As no agreement was reached, the hotel decided to call the police to handle the matter. After police intervention and discussions with all parties, the hotel eventually paid ¥30,000 to the parking lot owner, and the matter was resolved after almost 2 hours. Despite all this, there was no apology or service recovery, and I was still charged the parking fee. This was a simple issue that could have been prevented with clear signage or proper staff training, but it escalated unnecessarily and caused significant stress on the last night of my trip. Overall, the room is good, but due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you are driving.

GGuest UserI am a world traveller and I often stay at high end hotels. This hotel is definitely up there is stars 🤩  Firstly my checkin where the gentleman was extremely helpful booking my spa treatments and he was lovely with my check out.   My Spa experience was the highlight of my Okinawa visit.  Rina and Azusa are professional spectacular therapists for massage and facials.  🙏🏽 The location is perfect and next to bus stops

YYuanzuoyitiaoredaiyuOkinawa is truly a fantastic travel destination, and this hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Kokusai Dori (International Street), and you can continue walking from there to Naminoue Shrine and the sunset beach. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the breakfast – it's incredibly rich and diverse! They have freshly grilled burgers, various Japanese dishes, and even a make-your-own noodle station which was delicious. My room on a lower floor didn't have a window, which felt a bit confining, but my room on the sixth floor had an open and spacious view. There's a large banyan tree with a historic feel right outside the entrance. You can also find some really good omurice and izakayas in the surrounding area.
