Naha Hotels with Pools

I stayed for 4 days, arriving at the hotel before the typhoon hit. The wind started picking up around 11 AM. Since I arrived early and my room wasn't ready, I just left my luggage at the front desk. What was great was being able to use the public lounge on the second floor, which offered free alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea, and even free popcorn. The hotel also had different activities every day, which was a nice touch. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and hygienic. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on the food.

The location and the fact that the hotel was new and clean were definitely the standout points. One area that could be improved is the parking process. I had to repeatedly keep and present the same parking slip multiple times just to park and retrieve the car. It felt unnecessarily cumbersome - ideally, there should only be a single verification at the car park lift, rather than additional checks at the driveway or again at reception during check-out. In terms of amenities, the hotel is good overall, but it could be even better with the addition of a coin-operated laundry area. I may have been slightly spoiled by the hotel I stayed at earlier in Chatan, where each room came with its own washing machine and even included two packets of laundry detergent.

The location is fantastic! It's just a 5-minute walk from Makishi Station, right in the heart of Kokusai Street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The room views are also excellent, and there's a free public bath and a swimming pool available.

Great stay at this Hotel ocean. Kids friendly, located by the main street and just a few mins walk to the walking street. 5 mins walk to the monorail.Very convenient. Great pool for kids. Not too deep, even four years old kid can stand and play with confidence. The pool offer free Floats eg donuts, mats, etc. There are 2 coins operated washing/drying machines. And so many stuff you can just take to use eg extra chairs, small fans, camping lights etc like in the pics I posted. Also there are selections of pillows to choose for your own comfort, so much selections of shampoos, baby’s soap to choose by yourself. 24 hrs drinks/tea/coffee. Play area for your kids. And some activities for your kids to do. The staff are helpful and always there for you. Even when I was there late night chitchat in common area. The room we had was family room for 4. Cozy and enough space for our bags. Overall. We had a great experience. Thank you.

Extremely clean and tidy. The room is very large and spacious for Japan. The surroundings are incredibly convenient, with Lawson, 7-Eleven, and other convenience stores right downstairs. It's also very close to day tour meeting points and Kokusai-dori, and about a 16-minute walk to the pier (for glass-bottom boats/whale watching tours). Highly recommended.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. The best part about staying with a 4-year-old baby was that the food was truly excellent. We booked a package that included breakfast, and we were very satisfied that the breakfast voucher could also be used for lunch. In particular, I highly recommend trying the Japanese-style lunch course we had on the last day, as it consisted of dishes comparable to those found in high-end hotels. The staff were generally friendly, but it was a bit disappointing that on the day we had the Japanese breakfast, they tried to seat us in a corner table, perhaps because we had a baby with us. The swimming pool is not large, but it was sufficient for enjoying, and the location was not bad, as it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Kokusai Street. However, please note that there are no convenience stores nearby, so you have to travel about 5 minutes to get there. Overall, I was very satisfied with the food and the condition of the accommodation, but if your itinerary involves a lot of sightseeing and traveling, I recommend considering the location a little more carefully.

The room was incredibly noisy; I couldn't get any sleep. The curtains weren't blackout, and the window faced a busy road, plus the windows weren't soundproof. The entire hotel felt more like an open apartment building, with all areas directly exposed to the outside, meaning no air conditioning in the common areas. The most shocking part was when the staff opened our door before 10 AM, well before check-out time. There was also a mirror with a super bright light that wouldn't turn off, and we eventually had to unplug it. It felt like the photos made everything look great and the facilities were new, but the management was really lacking. Also, everything, contrary to what the pictures suggested, came with an extra charge.

This hotel is nowhere near the 5-star standard advertised on Trip.com and is, at best, a 3-star property. The facility hours are very limited, especially for a hotel claiming to be luxury. The rooftop bar closes at 9 pm, which is far too early, and we were also told at check-in that access to the infinity pool costs extra at around JPY 1,100 per adult. Charges like this should be made clear upfront, not casually mentioned on arrival. Breakfast was decent enough, with an adequate selection, but the process was unnecessarily frustrating. Guests had to register in advance for a roughly 45-minute timeslot, and during our visit we were asked to provide a QR code. It felt overly complicated and poorly managed when they could simply have checked our room number and names instead. The only real positive was the reception staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful with our requests. Unfortunately, good staff alone cannot make up for the limited facilities, extra charges, and inconvenient procedures. Overall, this hotel does not deliver a 5-star experience and feels misleadingly advertised.

Nice hotel and rooms. Just within the hotel lobby, there is a 7-11 which is very convenient. - The flexibility of the front desk staff need to improve. Check in at 2pm, arrive 1.30pm. Staff still wanted to upsell for early check in. This is something out of the ordinary person / team can think of ! - shortly after checking in, I get to know that the swimming pool is closed till June/July. Service recovery should be done. Example: Early check in, complementary breakfast and etc. - the fitness Center may add in some machine since it’s have the space.

The location is good, assuming you have a rental car. The building is old, but the interior is reasonably clean. However, some areas, like inside the rooms, show signs of dirt and aging facilities. Also, while the reception staff were very kind and polite, many staff members, such as those at the breakfast restaurant, seemed less considerate. For instance, on our first morning of a two-night stay, our breakfast table was directly under the air conditioning and very cold. When we asked for help, we were simply dismissed with 'I don't know.' Another time, a staff member nearly bumped into me as I was returning to my seat with food. Given that it's a budget hotel, despite carrying the Hilton name, I suppose some things are to be expected. Still, I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.
