The room is small and a bit old. The hygiene needs to be improved. There is no free parking lot. The location is very convenient for shopping on International Street.
It is a family-friendly hotel. It provides many children's supplies, a game area in the lobby, and many free rental services. It is especially pampering for women. You can choose exclusive shampoo, in case guests are not used to sleeping, and you can also choose pillows.
When I checked in on the same day, the front desk staff gave me the room card. After registering, the service staff didn't know where to take the room card. In the end, they only gave me a spare room card to use. When I checked out the next day, I had to explain my check-in on the same day. I only got one room card at the time, which resulted in a long wait for check-in and check-out.

Extremely clean and tidy. The room is very large and spacious for Japan. The surroundings are incredibly convenient, with Lawson, 7-Eleven, and other convenience stores right downstairs. It's also very close to day tour meeting points and Kokusai-dori, and about a 16-minute walk to the pier (for glass-bottom boats/whale watching tours). Highly recommended.

Guest UserThe staff were really nice. Even though there was a language barrier with the lady downstairs, she was very patient and used a translation app to communicate with us. However, the app wasn't very accurate. When we went upstairs to check in, it turned out there was a ********* person at the front desk, which was great. Still, we had to wait quite a while to check in, even though there was no one else at the desk at the time. The room was pretty spacious, and everything else was fine. The location is also quite convenient, and the restaurant downstairs is good. After checking in, it was past 3 PM, so we went downstairs to eat. The server asked if we wanted the restaurant or cafe. When she gave us the menu, we realized we only had about five or six minutes before lunch orders closed, but they still took our order! The set meal and the beef rice bowl were both really delicious. Definitely worth trying if you're staying here.

cheerjadeupOverall, it's a pretty standard place, though the rooms are quite spacious compared to other options in the city. The chair at the vanity is a thoughtful touch. It's quite close to Kokusai Dori, but there isn't much else around. The hotel has two main entrances, which can make it confusing for taxis, as they might drop you off at the wrong one – a particular hassle if you're carrying luggage. There are several restaurants within the hotel, and for breakfast, the Japanese options are definitely tastier than the Western ones.

The room was incredibly noisy; I couldn't get any sleep. The curtains weren't blackout, and the window faced a busy road, plus the windows weren't soundproof. The entire hotel felt more like an open apartment building, with all areas directly exposed to the outside, meaning no air conditioning in the common areas. The most shocking part was when the staff opened our door before 10 AM, well before check-out time. There was also a mirror with a super bright light that wouldn't turn off, and we eventually had to unplug it. It felt like the photos made everything look great and the facilities were new, but the management was really lacking. Also, everything, contrary to what the pictures suggested, came with an extra charge.

This hotel is nowhere near the 5-star standard advertised on Trip.com and is, at best, a 3-star property.
The facility hours are very limited, especially for a hotel claiming to be luxury. The rooftop bar closes at 9 pm, which is far too early, and we were also told at check-in that access to the infinity pool costs extra at around JPY 1,100 per adult. Charges like this should be made clear upfront, not casually mentioned on arrival.
Breakfast was decent enough, with an adequate selection, but the process was unnecessarily frustrating. Guests had to register in advance for a roughly 45-minute timeslot, and during our visit we were asked to provide a QR code. It felt overly complicated and poorly managed when they could simply have checked our room number and names instead.
The only real positive was the reception staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful with our requests. Unfortunately, good staff alone cannot make up for the limited facilities, extra charges, and inconvenient procedures.
Overall, this hotel does not deliver a 5-star experience and feels misleadingly advertised.

Lululala77I spent very good time here.
Compared to its price, this hotel gives you soo much satisfaction.
I was really satisfied.
Compared to other hotels in Japan, the room was very wide and so clean.
You can use bathtub and relax, too.
I liked that I can see all Naha city view from this hotel.
Also I enjoyed the time in Infinity pool on the 3rd floor.
Even though I had no chance to look around 15th floor panoramic view.(I forgot to go up 😅)
please go up to 15th floor and check the panoramic view.
Even though the weather was very bad (whole day it rained 🥲 )during my visiting Okinawa, staying this hotel made me feel good.
Thank you.

The hotel's location is a bit average. Although it's about a 10-15 minute walk to Kokusai Dori, the uphill and downhill sections can be a bit tiring. The hotel itself is quite old; even after renovation, it still doesn't feel new. The value for money is just okay. The dining options within the hotel are a little pricey.

Guest UserI was truly impressed by the incredibly attentive service. I admit I might have had some preconceived notions about the Hilton brand since it was my first time, but this experience showed me what the 'Hilton' brand truly stands for! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer!

The hotel's heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were great! Although small, there's also a sauna. Overall, the hotel room was clean and spacious. This time, the on-site hot spring was undergoing ceiling maintenance, so we had to enter at scheduled times, which was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast had limited options but tasted very good. Having a 7-Eleven right in the hotel was super convenient, and there's also a supermarket nearby. Taking a taxi to different areas wasn't expensive. Plus, a friend needed a smoking room with a balcony, so this hotel was an excellent choice.
