Guest UserI had a great stay at Hyatt. Everything was excellent, especially the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious choices. The service and overall experience were very satisfying.
The only issue I would like to highlight is that the toilet had a noticeable urine smell, which affected the comfort of the room. I hope the hotel can look into improving the cleanliness and ventilation of the bathroom.
Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, and I appreciate the great hospitality.

Guest UserThis is probably the best hotel you can find in Shanghai for under 1000 RMB. It's a clean and simple small hotel. The air conditioner in our room was a bit noisy, but everything else was fine. It's purely a place to sleep at night since we were out all day.
The hotel's biggest advantage is its location. It's right next to Miebashi Station, literally a 1-minute walk away – super, super convenient! It's better than staying on Kokusai Street; you get peace and quiet while still being close to the action, and it's also convenient for getting to the pier for boat trips.
You absolutely HAVE to try the ”Wanaha Agu Pork Shabu-shabu” restaurant across from the hotel!!! It's delicious!!!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at during our trip. The staff are very attentive and the room is spacious. The location is good, close to shopping and eatery. 10 out of 10.

RuimubahepulaisigebuweierlianpoFood: Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options. Personally, I preferred the Japanese choices, as the Western selection was a bit limited. Both of the hotel's on-site restaurants were decent, especially the Spanish one, which served delicious food at reasonable prices.
Stay: The room was very clean and tidy. Although the hotel felt a bit dated, the facilities were comprehensive. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy.
Location: The location was incredibly convenient for getting around. It's very close to Kokusai Dori, supermarkets, and shopping malls, making it easy to pop out for a drink at an izakaya in the evening.

GraceLcmWe arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about.
However, the service was quite disappointing.
We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise.
What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary.
After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had.
Just sharing our experience.

This hotel is nowhere near the 5-star standard advertised on Trip.com and is, at best, a 3-star property.
The facility hours are very limited, especially for a hotel claiming to be luxury. The rooftop bar closes at 9 pm, which is far too early, and we were also told at check-in that access to the infinity pool costs extra at around JPY 1,100 per adult. Charges like this should be made clear upfront, not casually mentioned on arrival.
Breakfast was decent enough, with an adequate selection, but the process was unnecessarily frustrating. Guests had to register in advance for a roughly 45-minute timeslot, and during our visit we were asked to provide a QR code. It felt overly complicated and poorly managed when they could simply have checked our room number and names instead.
The only real positive was the reception staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful with our requests. Unfortunately, good staff alone cannot make up for the limited facilities, extra charges, and inconvenient procedures.
Overall, this hotel does not deliver a 5-star experience and feels misleadingly advertised.

The hotel's location is a bit average. Although it's about a 10-15 minute walk to Kokusai Dori, the uphill and downhill sections can be a bit tiring. The hotel itself is quite old; even after renovation, it still doesn't feel new. The value for money is just okay. The dining options within the hotel are a little pricey.

Anonymous UserThe location is good, assuming you have a rental car. The building is old, but the interior is reasonably clean. However, some areas, like inside the rooms, show signs of dirt and aging facilities. Also, while the reception staff were very kind and polite, many staff members, such as those at the breakfast restaurant, seemed less considerate. For instance, on our first morning of a two-night stay, our breakfast table was directly under the air conditioning and very cold. When we asked for help, we were simply dismissed with 'I don't know.' Another time, a staff member nearly bumped into me as I was returning to my seat with food. Given that it's a budget hotel, despite carrying the Hilton name, I suppose some things are to be expected. Still, I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.

LEE CHUN YANGThis hotel is not new but is well maintained in my opinion, we had a comfortable 5 nights stay. Located at a quiet corner in Naha city, Naha port with unblock port view. Pleasant experience with the reception though require a little guessing work when the carpark uncle tries to redirect us to the alternate open air hotel carpark, we managed with the given map, a short walk away. Basement parking at the hotel building has very limited lots, often full after sunset. Ice making machine available on our level lobby and notice microwave too at other floor. A short drive from the airport. A bakery, 7-11 and souvenir shop on ground level, complimentary hot spring bath, coin laundry... There is also a supermarket less than 5 minute walk away.
