Hotels in Naha with Bathtub

"It's a bit of a walk from the subway station. There's a pretty good shopping mall diagonally across from the hotel with a supermarket, restaurants, and department stores. I even managed to snag an outdoor hiking backpack at a great price there – really good! Like many Japanese chain hotels, you can pick up essential amenities like toothbrushes, facial cleansers, and tea bags yourself at the front desk when checking in. However, at this particular hotel, there was a small sign on the counter that read, ”＜For Women＞ essential amenities need to be requested from the front desk.” I only noticed this sign after looking around and not finding things like toner or makeup remover. I'm not sure why they do this (maybe too many items went missing in the past?), but it honestly felt like a hassle, and I really didn't want to have to ask the front desk for them."

"Hotel is quite new, service was excellent and good location, around 8-10mins walk from main shopping street: Several paid parking around 1300-1400 yen near hotel. We had club access and the daily 5-7pm complimentary entry to lounge with light bites and nice sparkling alcohol was nice. The service was excellent there too. Main drawback was the fact that they do not have blackout curtains hence you naturally wake up at 6plus, and the thread count of the bedsheets can be improved. Also limited pillow options ( buckwheat or regular polyester.. hence either too hard or too soft). Also limited bottled water available."

"The hotel is just one stop away from Naha Airport (TK2) and a 7-8 minute walk. Be warned, there's a big hill, so it can be a bit challenging with luggage, but fine if it's not raining. The closest Yui Rail station is Kenchō-mae, about an 11-minute walk. The 3rd floor is the smoking floor, with all other floors being non-smoking. If you book late, you might only get a smoking room. I stayed in rooms 1113 and 435 – 11th floor definitely offers better views and is quieter, so I recommend booking there. I didn't think the breakfast was worth it; the buffet lunch, which starts at 11:30 AM, is better value and tastier. There's no welcome drink in the lobby, nor a public bath or hot spring. They do offer free luggage storage. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is a better schedule than traditional Japanese hotels – highly recommend! "The room size was decent, and after pushing the beds together, there was enough space to open a 32-inch and a 20-inch suitcase. The lobby had a good selection of toiletries, maintaining the usual Daiwa quality. The hotel's location is excellent; after exiting Makishi Station on the Yui Rail and turning right, you can follow the elevated walkway directly to the hotel's sign – it’s very convenient and easy to find. There's a local supermarket downstairs that we visited daily, and it's also very close to Kokusai Street, just a ten-minute walk. For a family of three, the price was reasonable, making it a highly recommended choice."

"Let me start with the conclusion: I stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days alone, and I highly recommend it! First, the location is fantastic – it's tucked away in a quiet spot but still very central. It's just a 3-minute walk from the Tsubogawa tram station, making it super convenient to get to Kokusai Dori or the Prefectural Office, either by walking (about 10 minutes) or taking the tram. Plus, Don Quijote is right next door! The front desk is on the 5th floor, and I was greeted with such warmth from the staff during check-in. The room itself is really well-designed. One afternoon, I came back and opened the door to see the afternoon sun streaming onto the desk, chair, and bedside, creating such a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The main reason I chose Tokyu Stay is that the rooms come with a drum washing machine. For someone like me who always visits Japan for more than 10 days, this means I can refresh my clothes anytime, which is incredibly convenient for the rest of my trip. And you don't have to worry about the washing machine disturbing anyone; I tested the 2-hour wash and dry cycle, and there was hardly any noise. As for breakfast, even though the area isn't huge, there's always a little something different each day, which is a big plus. However, I do have a small suggestion: in the heated food section, like where the toast is, it would be great to add a 'hot' sign. The first time I reached for it, I accidentally touched the heated area, so just a little heads-up, haha. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, the room is spotless, and the size was just perfect for me. In summary, my experience at Tokyu Stay for these 5 nights and 6 days was absolutely wonderful. If I come to Naha again, I'll definitely be booking here."

"The self-check-in process was a bit too smart for its own good, causing some minor issues. Just remember to carefully read your booking confirmation. It feels like a hands-off approach to management, but it's not necessarily bad. The room was spacious, and the amenities were very comprehensive. It's close to two decent-sized supermarkets, making it super convenient for cooking. The air conditioning was incredibly cold, and the toiletries were all branded, showing the host's thoughtful touches. The only downsides are the lack of parking and its distance from various attractions. The closest, Naminoue-gu Shrine (via Asahibashi Station), is almost a kilometer's walk, and Kokusai Street is even further. The cleanliness of the room also heavily depends on the previous guest. The overall tidiness wasn't great, but if you're willing to do a bit of tidying yourself, it's not a big deal."

"The room was spacious, but there was no bathtub and the bathroom was quite small. It had a kettle though, which was great for making instant noodles. There's a supermarket right across the street that's worth checking out; you can buy fruit, instant noodles, ready-made meals, and rice balls there. Plus, there are laundry machines on the first floor!"
