GGuest UserConvenient transportation, very close to the South Station and the subway. There is a lot of food to choose from in the night market downstairs. The boss's service attitude is very good and I like it very much. The room was clean and tidy, the sheets had a faint fragrance, and the proprietress said that Sam's clothes were softener, and the overall health was good. The first-line river view is great

The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, with ample amenities including a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, smart-controlled curtains and lighting, and a TV with screen mirroring capability. There are many restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a good experience.

NnjxjmmWe booked a room with two large beds, each 1.8 meters. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sheets, duvets, and pillows were all clean and odorless, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room itself was spotless and tidy, and the bathroom was also clean. It even came equipped with a washing machine, which was very convenient. Plus, there's a screen-mirroring TV where you can watch free movies and TV shows. The owner was very warm and attentive. The location is great for transport, with a bus stop nearby and lots of places to eat.

Near a big shopping centre, convenience stores galore, plenty of affordable places to eat, very close to the metro station, there is a gorgeous park 5~7 min walk from the flat. Many public bicycles to choose from (although with a foreign passport, only the blue bikes named Hello bike are available).
The room is gorgeous, with half of the room fitted with windows. Being on the 17th floor, the scenery is gorgeous. You can see the beautiful mountains surrounding parts of the area.
The flat is clean, with a kettle available, 2 free bottles of water, toilet paper, towels, free toiletry. There is a big fridge with freezer compartment in the kitchen. Comfortable bed. There is a big wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Free washing machine is a PLUS!
Downsides: Being on the 17th floor, it takes ages to go up and down..You have to queue to access the lifts.
The flat is noisy (the rain in itself, when touching the windows), the neighbours (I don't think the neighbours were particularly noisy, just the building having thin walls and ceilings/floors): You can hear the kid upstairs running, the next door neighbour singing etc. There is also a machine (couldn't figure out what it was) right next to the washing machine, it makes a loud noise 24/7, like a boiler.

Cleanliness: The room is very clean, with toiletries and a hair dryer provided.
Environment: The environment is nice and satisfactory.
Service: The building is difficult to find, and there are no check-in instructions. No one contacted me to send me check-in instructions, so I had to call them myself. The location is not very accurate.

AAnonymous UserWeChat handles all check-in, replenishment and check-out arrangements, zero contact, the first choice for social workers, close to the Minjiang River, a bit far from the subway station, but very convenient to take the bus. It has an appropriate level of privacy and is worth recommending.

The center of Taihe Plaza is just downstairs, and the subway entrance is also downstairs. The transportation is very convenient. The boss is handsome and has a very good temper. He was very patient in explaining things to us. It is highly recommended.

It’s super convenient to eat, drink and play. The room is clean and newly decorated, and all equipment is new. The room is equipped with a washing machine and refrigerator, as well as laundry detergent and disposable toilet covers, which shows that the boss is very attentive. Already bookmarked this store. When I come to Fuzhou during the winter vacation to bring over the elderly, I will stay at your house👍

GGuest UserIt's a bit far from the subway station. The room is not big enough to live in, and the hygiene is OK. The disadvantage is that there are no stairs on the fifth floor. The feeling of climbing up to the fifth floor while carrying a suitcase is hard to describe.
