Holiday Apartments in Barcelonès

There is only one small lift in the entire building so you have to squeeze and wait. We had large luggages so it was a little difficult to carry up but the front desk was nice and helped us throughout. They don't have a parking place but they collaborate with a carpark nearby so everyday we have to park about 3mins walk away before walking home. They have a washing machine in the apartment and they provide the washing detergents just that you had to pack and throw out your own rubbish. Quite a big space for a family of four because we had a living room too. Overall ok stay but the stairs to our apartment is steep so it was a little difficult for my aged parents everyday.

The hotel has a great location, just a 5-6 minute walk from the subway station and very close to the Sagrada Familia, a 10-12 minute walk away! The hotel is also very clean. The only drawback is that the soundproofing isn't very good; the door next door closes very loudly!

The apartment is centrally located with lots of eateries around. Check in was not communicated properly. No instructions was provided that this is a self check in aptmt. Its different from the pictures where there is a hotel concierge. We arrived late at 10pm and could not enter the main gate. Luckily, the service man came down to clear rubbish and helped us with check in then. The host should have provided clear instructions on check in procedure and pin prior to arrival.

Отличное расположение апартаментов (метро и супермаркет меркадона в 5 минутах). Бесконтактное заселение. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни: микроволновая печь, индукционная плита, тостер, кофе машина, много посуды, с запасом туалетной бумаги и бумажных полотенец, на кухне есть соль и масло, полотенце для рук. Утюг с гладильной доской и складная сушилка для одежды тоже есть. Постельное белье идеально выглажено и выглядело совершенно новым. Полотенца в ванной пушистые и понравились что для душа предоставлялись огромные полотенца. Отдельное спасибо за наличие в апартаментах веника и совка (хоть мы и не воспользовались), но в других путешествиях не помешал бы. Апартаменты очень чистые. За время проживания один раз приходила горничная и после нее все сверкало чистотой. Огромное спасибо! Рекомендую проживание в этих апартаментах! ВНИМАНИЕ! Будьте осторожны. Мы оплачивали проживание через сайт trip.com и было указано что в стоимость включен городской налог. Но! За 2 дня до заселения на электронную почту пришло письмо с просьбой оплатить городской налог и ссылкой на оплату! Очень стрессовая ситуация, так как не получалось оплатить нашей банковской картой.

Great location and Nite place. Close to bus station and easy access. 2 very confortable queen beds rooms and a big sofa. Great for up to 5! 100% recommended.

Location: I would say is really a good location. 5mins walk to metro line 3 . One to two station. Connection to other line. Near to lots of supermarket and local restaurants. Wifi : is slow. I did a speed test, download speed only 1.8mpbs and download speed about 0.8mpbs. Washing machine do not comes with dryer. Is only spin dry. The size of washing machine is small and not able to wash big load pls note if u required. We stay for 5 days, and the washing kit they provide is miserable. Only one capsules for washing . During check in , we have only 4 persons. They told me during booking we indicate 5 persons. And we have to input 5 persons and pay for 5 person Barcelona tax. Hence pls note this if u do not want pay for extra nothing. If any changes to your booking pls update before you arrive .

I have stayed in many city apartments all over Europe, and I can honestly say Las Rambles has been my favourite, and I will always return here now when travelling to Barcelona. From the easy, calm check-in and friendly staff who took care of all our needs, i.e., booking taxi to airport, information on best restaurants and what to do when there. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and everything u could need for your stay. Location is perfect for every attraction within a mile walk. If u are going to Barcelona, this is the apartments to book. 100% . Thank u to all the staff for making our stay perfecto. We will see u again soon. Nadia & Robert

A taxi from the apartment costs 15 euros one way╰😤╯It is very inconvenient for people who move to a hotel. Fortunately we explored the place in advance, otherwise it would be even more annoying with so many bags. Although Ctrip wrote that you need to go somewhere else, it was indeed not very conspicuous, causing many people to miss their budget. And you have to wait until 3 o'clock to get the room card, which is a waste of time and money. The room terrace is in the back alley, with poor visuals, in sharp contrast to what you see in the pictures. Hygiene: 1. Not long after we sat on the sofa for the first time, our thighs began to itch, so we didn’t dare to sit or put things on the sofa. 2. There were a lot of mites or bed bugs on the sheets, we were all bitten, and I also had 7/8 pimples on my face during this period. 😭 3. We didn’t dare to walk barefoot on the ground. We usually don’t have this problem when we stay in hotels. Our body’s conditioned reflex reflects everything. You have to pick up and throw away your own trash. Otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. Geographical location: The only advantage is that it is on the side street of Avenida da Grazia and very close to Casa Mila and Casa Batlló. However, there are many good apartments nearby and the price-performance ratio is very low. I will not come here in the future.

The hotel is very well located, close to the metro. Everything was really clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The only downside was that there's no one at reception to guide you upon arrival. However, communicating via WhatsApp was very easy and they were responsive. Overall, I would definitely return without any hesitation.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything you need for a nice visit. The location is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful whenever I reached out. The only thing to know in advance is that you have to contact the hotel by WhatsApp or email to receive your access code before arriving. I didn’t realize this at first, so I ended up waiting around 40 minutes in the lobby while sorting it out. Once I got the code, everything went smoothly and the stay itself was excellent. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel, it’s a great value and very well maintained. Just make sure to message them ahead of time to get your code and you’ll be set.
