It has a relatively good location with easy access to the metro and is not too far from the center of Barcelona. It's also surrounded by good and very affordable cafés and restaurants.
One thing we wished for during our stay is that there was no kettle, so we couldn't make our own tea/coffee or just hot water.
And I didn't understand if there was supposed to be everyday cleaning, because we stayed there for 3 nights and had none during the whole stay."

It was a great stay. Perfect location to everywhere by walking , bus or train. The bed is very comfortable . Rooms are very spacious. They left a little note and treat for my birthday . Having coffee all day long and little treats, and water is also very helpful .

初めてのバルセロナ滞在でしたがこのホテルを選んで正解でした。とても満足しています。
ホテルはEstación de Francia駅の目の前にありとても便利です。空港からはEl Prat Estació 駅で1度乗り換えると到着できます。
ホテルのスタッフさんはみんな暖かく迎えてくれます。部屋はカードキーが不要でパスコードを与えられるのでそちらで解除できます。鍵を無くす心配がなくてよかったです。
部屋はコンパクトですが、ベッドも水回りも綺麗です。3人で宿泊しましたが広さに問題はありませんでした。
ボルン地区に位置しており周りに飲食店やおしゃれなお店も多くあります。サグラダファミリアから寄り道しながらホテルまで帰ってこれる距離でした。
バス停も近くにあるので行動しやすいです。
ロビーでは無料で水や果物などの軽食をいただけます。電子レンジや冷蔵庫は共有です。
バルセロナに行く際はもう一度こちらに宿泊したいです。

Our first impression was how clean and well-maintained everything was—from the front desk to the small lounge area, the room, and the bathroom. The bed deserves a special mention—it was exceptionally comfortable, and we had a truly restful sleep.
The bathroom, while compact, was dry, hygienic, and well-kept. The shower had strong water pressure and consistently hot water, which we really appreciated. The room also had a heating function in the air conditioner, making our stay warm and pleasant.
We were also warmly welcomed by the staff. Although the lady who helped us with check-in and the gentleman at check-out didn’t speak much English, they were both very kind and had such friendly smiles. It made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

They allow early check-in and provide free luggage storage service.
Their staff are really helpful and supportive, and they respond to all of our requests really quickly.
Generally a highly recommended hotel.

Guest UserIt is close to Casa Milo and many good restaurants. But it doesn't have private bathroom though they cleaned the shared bathrooms quite frequently. The service is not very good tbh. They replied emails very quickly but the staff was not in a good mood when I checked in.

Guest UserWe booked a quad room, and the environment was fantastic. The external bathroom was also very clean and convenient. The room itself was tidy, beautiful, and comfortable, featuring one double bed and two single beds. The room was spacious with high ceilings, making it feel very grand and comfortable. We were immediately impressed by the two floor-to-ceiling balcony doors – they added a wonderful touch. Opening the doors revealed a truly lovely balcony with a beautiful view. The surrounding area has excellent public transport links, and we could walk to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà in just a few minutes. It’s very close and convenient to many nearby attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and we could store our luggage for free, which was very kind of them.

This place was really good, metro and the bus is only a few minutes away, it's open 24-7, so it's perfect, if you want to go out at night, and the street is this beautiful.

The room they gave us was in a terrible location, very noisy due to the street nearby, and the room next to ours was under renovation every morning at 8 am sharp. Thankfully, they later changed us to a new room.
The soundproofing wasn't as good as I expected; I heard moaning and groaning all the time.
But I can understand that for a couples' hotel.

The price is cheap, the two rooms are booked, and the room is very clean and tidy. The location is very close to the Arc de Triomphe, next to the small supermarket is very convenient to buy things, in general, there is nothing wrong with it, very good
