"The location is really good. Wherever you go, you can walk to 10-15 and there is an elevator, so it's easy to enter even if you have luggage. The person who checked in was friendly and the room was quite spacious and the view was good. The downside was that if you were unlucky, hot water would not come out when you wash it, but if you were not washing too late, it would be okay if hot water came out."

GGuest UserTake aerobus from the airport and get off for about 3 blocks. The hotel is in an apartment. If there is no key and it is not during the work hours at the front desk, you need to wait for the residents inside. The elevator goes up to the 2nd floor. Someone can check in in advance to store luggage. After we went back at night, the hotel staff were off work. The luggage was already in the room. The room is not big, the bath water is quite hot. It is OK to stay for one night. There are not many varieties of breakfast provided, but you can also call the car directly at the door.

LLeeIt was a good experience staying in Serennia Exclusive rooms! The location was excellent, it is closed and really can walk around the city by foot to many tourist attractions, food and shopping area. Upon check in was greeted by a very friendly lady, Ms Kasia, she has assisted in my early check in since I arrived really early in the morning. Also upon check out, a very kind and friendly lady Ms Susana Ferrer has assisted in my additional luggage storage issue, really appreciate her help! Sad on my return trip I did not manage to book a room there as they were fully booked! Will definitely book Serennia Exclusive Room on my next trip back to Barcelona again!
