We had the best time ever at The Embassy Angkor! The rooms are beautiful with the most comfy bed we had all vacation. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is so nice we could stay there for days. We were also very impressed with Rin, Lucky, Morning star and the rest of the staff who were always very kind and helpful. Overall highly recommended and we would love to come back

My first time to experience such a world class treatment from all the staff. I was picked up from the airport and offered me a cold towel and a cold drink. When i arrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a welcoming drink and another cold towel. The buffet breakfast were so superb. Every time i sat at the table, they would again gave me a cold towel. (Seriously, this hotel has tons of cold towels 😂). Every time i went to the pool, there was a hot tea and an unlimited banana chips being served immediately. My room was insanely beautiful. I was welcome with a personalised note in my bed, great view of the balcony and very chic bath tub. The room's interior design is also to die-for. 😍 To the staff, thank you guys for being so friendly, approachable and professional. Special mentions to the Supervisor who always greets me with a welcoming smile whenever he sees me (sorry i forgot your name sir). To Ms Chet, who gave me a tour. To the guy who gave me a scarf upon checkout( sorry i also forgot your name, too. ☹️). To Mr. Myr whose very approachable. To the girl who helped me take my pictures in the pool (sorry i forgot your name too) and to my driver Mr Moe. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one. Just a little thing to add, I’m just not used about the cleaning protocol. I was startled and woke up many times by the hotel cleaning staff by automatically opening my door and asked me if i want to clean the room even though i did not put a signage in front of my door or informing somebody. However, those are just small matter than can be fixed. Truthfully, i don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I don’t mind staying here for a long time. ❤️❤️❤️

My best vacation in Siem Reap, the resort was very beautiful, swimming pool was big, nice room and very cleaned. The staffs are extremely friendly helpful and well knowledge, they helped me all the time I need. The breakfast is wonderful with many choices and restaurant's staffs are greetings me all the time. I hope I will return one day again, Great Memories!

Quiet in the noisy, good service, and overall satisfaction. The room details are very good, and the decoration design is almost a bit relative to the price/performance ratio.

This is such a hard hotel to review. On the one side the pool was one of the best I have ever used. The room was great. The air conditioning phenomenal. The place has the image of a genuine five star hotel. However, beneath the surface the hotel isn’t quite all that. The breakfast was atrocious. It seems to be geared exclusively to Chinese customers… but it’s worse even than most basic Chinese hotel breakfasts (which are often terrible). All in all I MIGHT stay here again next time… but the breakfast really was a shame.

Lotus Blanc Resort provided a fantastic experience from start to finish. The warm welcome, beautiful landscaping, and comfortable rooms with modern amenities made my stay memorable. Dining was a highlight, with an excellent breakfast buffet and a standout restaurant. The serene pool, top-notch spa, and well-equipped fitness center added to the enjoyment.Conveniently located with helpful shuttle services, exploring nearby attractions was easy. The attentive and friendly staff made the stay even better. Overall, Lotus Blanc Resort offers luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

Very helpful and accommodating staff, appreciate talking to Jackie on the front desk about Cambodian society - not just touristy stuff! Only thing i didnt like was the location (albeit I knew this when i booked, but assumed id be sending all my time in angkor wat). Probably better to be closer to town for restaurants etc but can't fault the hotel itself.

We had the most fantastic Sokchea Angko Hotel, huge room, very clean, specious. Upon arrival staff at receptionist counter greeted us with beautiful smile and politely. They offered us early check-in and recommend us a good Khmer Set at hotel restaurant which is over look to beautiful outdoor swimming pool. At evening we take a 10 minutes walk from hotel to famous pub street and enjoy the dinner there. Breakfast is well prepared with many choices, then we start the 2 day private tour which is organized by tour desk. We had comfortable stay, enjoyed with food and hotel facilities. If we ever visit Siem Reap again I will definitely stay at Sokchea Angkor Hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plan to visit Siem Reap.

The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.
