I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. 😐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. 🥺🙃 And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. 🤐🤫😴 But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri 🫡👍👌"

SSydney44The place was clean. It was very annoying and took a long time though to be able to allow a massage therapist to come and give me a massage. I prefer to stay at hotels for this reason. There should also have been more than one roll of toilet paper for 3 guests for 3 nights and more than 2 towels.
