Amazing
KKrizzia AngeliThe room was clean and smells good. Bath towels prepared and bedsheets were freshly changed. We had a beautiful view of fog in the morning too. The unit owner was responsive and Ms. Mylene (caretaker) assisted us to check in and made sure everything was working well. We had some issues with the slow internet but we were able to fix it. We recommend this unit for your staycation. My sister and I enjoyed our stay. Will rebook again.

GGuest UserEscala truly boasts one of the most stunning locations and the best infinity pool in Tagaytay. The team is warm and accommodating, big shout out to the security guards, bellmen, and housekeeping for their friendliness and helpfulness.
Just a small tip for the front desk team, particularly the receptionist who handled our check-in: it would be helpful to briefly go over the reservation details and share a bit of information about the hotelâs amenities during the check-in process. This isnât a complaint, just a friendly suggestion from someone also working in the hospitality industry, so guests wonât need to ask for every detail later on. Again i dont wanna put someone on a bad light.

AAnonymous UserThe place is really nice and clean. The room smells nice ans ate nelly (caretaker) is very accommodating. The owner and caretaker replies fast and assisted us the whole time. They provided information on where a 24 convenience store is located and what time the nearest mall closes. Will be staying here again soon we love it so much â¤ď¸đĽ°
