Jessielyn SungaThe location is very good, just across the mall, the view from balcony is beautiful .
The staffs are very kind, polite and accommodating. Thanks you to the managers, receptionist, the cleaning lady and even the guy at parking area who assisted us.
The restaurant crew and staff are very attentive, the food are great. A hidden food haven at the center of Tagaytay.
We had fun in this hotel.
We will surely come again.

Clean room, bath room -no hot shower
I need to add extra bed for my son 8y/o for ₱750 with bf included

Anonymous UserThe amenities and setup are incomplete. The hotel should update its television or at least provide Chromecast or USB ports to enable Netflix streaming on the television. The room was clean, but the headboard emitted an unpleasant odor. The towels were old and should be replaced. There was no bat mat set up. The swimming pool view was pleasant, but the chlorine levels were excessive, particularly in the jacuzzi area, causing skin irritation after swimming. The breakfast was satisfactory, consisting of a buffet with a daily changing menu, which was an improvement. The Royal Palace was also satisfactory, with approachable and friendly staff, particularly the spa attendant who performed my pedicure, who was exceptionally pleasant. Overall, it was a good stay, although the incomplete room setup prevented it from being entirely relaxing.

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable.
What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination.
The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

MaCE 11It was indeed an amazing stay!🥰 . The staff were all so kind and accommodating ❤️ . I love its concept -- being an eco-friendly hotel using containers for the rooms with empty bottles, tree branches for the rooms interiors and lots of hand paintings and own grown up plants all over ❤️❤️❤️ . Love that they are also pet friendly hotel ( a pet playground with waiting area was provided). My family enjoyed games of billiards and table tennis at the roofdeck too!🥰
The place is very instagrammable and unique! We also enjoyed our breakfasts at their Bahay Kafe. They also have function room for intimate gatherings and restos and a spa.
Location wise - very near the major road, the first Starbucks in Tagaytay and the nearby tourist attractions!

Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday,
The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

We had a great time of short stay here and smooth processing of my last minute booking. The location is great and nearby malls, church and along the highway. Personnels are friendly and accommodating. Our one night stay is value for money with free breakfast included. My son enjoyed the view from the rooftop restaurant because of overlooking view of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano.🥰

The place was very near to Picnic Grove , like a 2 to 3 minutes walk. It was very nice, the room was clean. The pool water was very cold though as Tagaytay is generally cold this time of the year.
Staff and check-in were very nice and a breeze.
Breakfast was delicious. The coffee was very aromatic as well.
My only comment was transportation.
It was a challenge to get to the hotel without Grab. Used Joyride app to book a car. Also tried other apps like InDrive LalaMove.
It would be really helpful if the hotel had its own transportation.
On the side, everything was OK and nice.

We enjoyed our staff at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the entire resort was safe and secure. Some of the amenities can be improved like the door locks and the wi-fi in the rooms, but generally the staff responded to these matters immediately. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Will return again soon.
