The hotel was good, clean and breakfast was fine. Location is overall not bad but there were a loott of drunk homelesses nearby which made the walking uncomfortable especially during the night. Also, hotel did upgrade our room free of charge and in our room we had a wine again free.

Great services and friendly receptionist. exept somewhat inconvinience of the elevater.

Lovely hotel except strong cigerette smell when coming out of the elevator to go to your room. No cigerette smell in the room, good amenities friendly staff

The hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfortable, but the location leaves a little to be desired because the surrounding area is a little dirty.

Room assigned was not the large room 17 sqm but only standard room 15 Sam… toolrt sink is awe fully tiny

The hotel is very good

It’s a city centre location; convenient, but loud, messy and dirty on the streets. Hotel is next to police station. Staff nice, BUT: no napkins at breakfast, no small spoon for coffe. You have to ask for them all the time. They have plant based milk, but you have to ask for that too. And at front desk they never said hello or good bye when coming and going. Room: clean, but the airconditioning is a pain in the ass. During the night you freeze, then it stops, then you sweat. So we caught a cold…Room cleaning was randomly done: they gave 1 new towel, didn’t collect the dirty ones and took the towel you step out the shower and didn’t give any new. Breakfast: all right, coffee not so good.

We arrived at the hotel and were given a tiny room, there was literally no room to move about in the room. We requested twin beds which were stuck together to make a double. We tried moving them apart but that meant even less room. The bathroom was clean but the sink was so tiny it was impossible to use. The neighbourhood is dangerous, lots of homelessness and drug users outside. It is not recommended to walk around at night. The Air con didn’t work, when we complained we were told there’s nothing they can do and cannot move us into a new room. Breakfast isn’t topped up and half an hour before they close the breakfast they stop providing food and cutlery, and again when complained they simply just say they can’t help. Do not recommend this hotel.

Feel not safe!! Once we arrived one girl got stolen and there was a claim there from her, we try refund and book another hotel but hotel refused and he said there is no one stolen!!!

A centrally located hotel in Athens. The hotel itself is newly renovated and clean. Our room was small but comfortable.
